Perched on the 12th floor of this well-loved 13-story beachfront building, this charming one-bedroom, two-bath condo offers a rare combination of comfort, convenience, and stunning scenery that keeps guests returning year after year.



From the moment you step inside, you’ll feel at ease. The open and airy layout welcomes you with soft coastal tones and thoughtful touches designed to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Large windows frame sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico, and the private balcony offers a front-row seat to the ever-changing seascape. Start your morning with a cup of coffee as the sun rises over the water, or unwind in the evening while the sky turns shades of pink and gold. With ample space on the balcony for a table and several chairs, it’s the perfect spot for a leisurely breakfast, a family game night, or simply listening to the calming sounds of the surf.



This condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests: 6 adults in 1 King bed and 2 queen-size beds, plus 2 bunks for children. Tradewinds 1208 is conveniently located near dining, shopping, and family-friendly attractions, making it an excellent choice for both short stays and extended vacations.



***A building‑wide construction project will take place October 12–December 12 and will affect all units. Guests should expect daily noise, dust, and active work crews from 8 AM–5 PM. Some balconies may be inaccessible, glass doors may be covered, and certain areas of the property—including the pool—may close as needed. Parking on the west side of the lot will be limited due to contractor staging.***



**Please note**- Parking passes are purchased on-site for $30 each. Max two (2) passes per unit.

**Please note** - One roll of paper towels is provided in the kitchen, and one roll of toilet paper is provided in each bathroom. Bring extra if staying longer than a few days. A starter set of towels is provided in each bathroom; you will need to wash towels if staying longer than a day or two. Beach towels are not provided.

**Please note**- the unit does not have cable/ live TV. Guests may stream content with their own streaming platform subscriptions.

**Please note** - This is a non-smoking property, pets are not permitted, and the primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
