The condo was beautiful and just like the pictures! The kitchen was fully stocked with spices, although the property manager indicated otherwise, thus, we brought our own unnecessarily. The beds were very comfortable and we especially loved the deck overlooking the waterway. We even saw dolphins our first evening! We had only two issues with the condo: the tub has no temperature control; secondly, the outdoor construction in our first full day was deafening at times, with the power drills directly above us, starting in early morning. There went the serenity of the morning. Luckily the work stopped on the weekend!Overall we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this condo!

View of the Bay was beautiful

My husband and I had a great stay. We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck over looking the bay and watching the dolphins in the evening. The unit was very well decorated and had everything we needed except a spatula, LOLWe will stay here again. There is construction going on, which we knew about, but weren’t expecting the loud noise all day long. Sounded like jackhammer’s.

Nice condo. Few flaws!!!

Hard to control temp of water in bathrooms due to outdated plumbing. To cook had to open doors. No good vent ! Few pots and no spatulas etc. other appliances nice. Living room nice. Beds comfy. Tubs outdated and no bars for those needing it. Outdoor balcony nice. Door broken on dryer. Those are minor things that could be fixed but over all the stay was nice. The decor beautiful. Sands of Alabama the best we have had so far. So attentive of all your needs. We will book with them again !!

A great home away from home!

Came to town for a soccer tournament. Loved the that the home offered to its guest. The condo is located in a wonderful area that makes it easy to get around. I wish that purchasing a parking pass was not required if you dont have a vehicle. We look forward to returning in the future. The manager was very helpful when we had an issue and went above and beyond to help us.

Good location

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary, overall we really enjoyed the condo and would stay again! Beautiful view from the balcony, we loved getting to see the dolphins every morning while we drank our coffee. The condo was very clean and easy to check in. Very short walk to the beach!! The pool was clean and shaded. My only complaint is that the TV in the living room wouldn’t work. I called the provider and they said the cables were messed up. Because there was hurricane weather and also a major football game we just opted to go purchase a Roku. Besides that we loved the condo and hope to stay again!!

Just Beachy

The location was great because we had bay in the back and beach in front. We could watch the dolphins in the bay with morning coffee. Easy access to restaurants and activities. Property was clean and enough room for the 6 of us.

The Condo was alittle outdated but still was nice .We loved the size of the Balcony and watching all the boats.My grandson loved going down to the dock and fishing,playing pickle ball and using the pool.We had a very nice family vacation.

We really enjoyed the condo and would stay again. The balcony furniture and view of the bay was amazing. We had coffee and our kids had breakfast on the balcony each morning. The condo was well decorated and clean. We also had everything we needed and expected to be there. My favorite part was the responsiveness and communication of the property manager and/or owner. I received quick responses to text messages and notifications to check my email. The condo offers the best of both worlds - the bay & the beach, with a short and easy walk.

The condo was very clean and the process for checkin was easy. The property management staff were attentive and very informative. The only recommendation would be to have better quality seating in the living area space as the furniture is older and not comfortable.

The location, furnishings, view and pool were wonderful. The condo had a disgusting odor and was in poor shape. The elevator was broken for several days the the stairwell was disgustingly dirty - dead mouse was there all week. Property managers and cleaning crew need to be fired or held to a higher standard. The shower in the master needs a new faucet because the shower pull is missing and the faucet it corroded and dirty.

Our outstanding stay started way before we ever got to the condo. Natalia went over and beyond to answer questions, provide information, and to get answers to questions she did not have a answer. Always there and super helpful. We love you Natalia!! Our stay was perfect. The condo is well equipped with everthing thing you need and we are home chefs so that is saying a lot! It even had a steamer pot. Everything was super clean and in tip top condition. We had plenty of room and storage but the gem of the place is the rear patio on the bay. So much to see and experience right from our balcony. Boats, sealife, fish, sunsets, meals, playtime, naptime, and on and on (even on the rainy days). The pool and beach were so easy to get to and use and also very nice. The location is the best by far. Away from busy Orange Beach but close to everything and a short drive to Gulf Shores and Pensacola. Great place to totally relax and just enjoy daily life on the coast. We will book again and soon!
