8 of us enjoyed our stay in Aruba. Daniel met us at the house upon our arrival and gave us a quick overview of the house. He also gave us some general recommendations for our stay. The house was clean and suited our needs. The kitchen was fully equipped. The central location was perfect for all of our activities.

were there to attend a wedding. Nice place, the neighborhood is not fancy, but so is the whole island as soon as you leave the beach hotel area. Swimming pool next to the house is nice. The only surprise we had is that the cleaning fee is 260 USD. {we were a party of 6} we had a great stay and the place and the service were perfect

Incredible House for Families Who Spend Time Together

The layout of the house is not only appealing to the eye but also creates a space for large families to spend lots of time together. The open concept and multiple living areas is ideal for the mobility of toddlers as well as their grandparents. We had a great time in this home!

Amazing Property!

We loved our stay at this property! It was incredibly clean when we arrived and it was as beautiful as the pictures. My family (2 adults, 2 kids) all had plenty of space to relax and enjoy the Aruba lifestyle. While we had no problems at the property, the property manager was easy to get in contact with and arrived when they said they would. This property is also centrally located on the island, which was great because we were 20 minutes or less to most attractions and the airport. We highly recommend this property to anyone!

Perfect Location

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! This place is located perfectly. The only place “far” was Baby Beach and even then, that was barely far. Landscaping is beautiful, some of the furniture is dated and obviously used. The inside could probably use a touch of paint. The property manager was easily available and visited to fix a few issues that came up. They even allowed for us to check out an hour later since some of us were leaving earlier and had to drop them off at the airport. I would recommend and possibly next year when we visit again. I think as far as the listing, one should verify the information prior to booking. Thanks!

Good location - close to the grocery store and few minutes drive to the beach!Clean and pleasant house to spend the vacation. Hot tub worked but was malfunctioning from time to time - still enjoyable. The floors in the bedrooms have very minor issues due to heat when individual room ac units are off (ac turns on automatically if no one is in the rooms and when the doors are open too long - good feature to conserve the electricity). Very pleasant time in this house.

Comfortable house in bad location

I will list the positives of this house first. The highlight was the service of the house manager, Daniel. He is a lovely person, and was in continual communication by whatsapp. He responded to every question immediately, checked to make sure we were comfortable, and brought over extra towels when requested. I also requested in advance that the house be cleaned with unscented cleaning products, and the property manager met this request. The inside of house itself was spotlessly clean and well-maintained with functioning applicances and really nice, updated bathrooms. Now for the negatives: I feel that vacationers should be informed about the terrible location. I booked the house far in advance & expected a certain standard of quiet and charm. We were stunned when we arrived & very disappointed by the location in a shady neighborhood right next to a loud highway with disruptive sounds of trucks & motorcyoes zooming past around the clock. My biggest issue was the noise of the traffic. I have sensitive hearing & found the very loud traffic to be a major hindrance. Fortunately, friends were staying at a hotel with a rooftop pool, so we spent 2 days at that hotel. I spent 2 other days out on excursions. Being away from the house made the traffic noise bearable, but defeated the point of being able to full relax during vacation. There was also oud noise from the neighbors every night and a big pile of new iguana droppings right outside the front door every day, which was gross!

Wonderful spot for a family vacation!

Very conveniently located home near super market and palm beach strip! Plenty of space for 7 adults and one infant. Pool was cleaned twice while we were there and the property manager Daniel was vey responsive and extremely nice! Beds are a bit firm - but to be expected! Would definitely stay again :)

The perfect Villa

Relatively close to grocery stores (Ling & Sons) and (Superfoods) 5-7min. Walking distance to convenient stores and gas station (3min). 15min walk to Eagle Beach. Property was maintained. Pool and sump were serviced 2x per week. Pictures posted were true and accurate. Its the carribbean so expect a few pest, however property manager was quick and responsive. The pool and hot tub were perfect escape from HOT sandy beach. This property is eco friendly. Each room comes equipped with personal A/C unit that turns off if door remains open longer than 3mins. So do your part and turn off when leaving for extended periods and dont waste water. One Happy Island
