« We had a wonderful stay at the Deer Harbor Inn lodge and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Orcas Island. The rooms were comfortable, clean and cozy! Perfect after a jam-packed day of hosting activities for our friends, from Deer Harbor marina to Eastsound, and ending with the best brisket ever at Matthews Smokehouse just across from the lodge. « Clean. Fun artwork. Nice bed. Well supplied kitchen, though we didn't use it. Nice bathroom. Eclectic collection of books. It would be nice to have hooks on wall or a coat tree for coats, especially if it's rainy. There's a perfect spot next to fridge. (We didn't want to use the cleaning closet.) »
