« You're paying for the view from the road not the view from the cabin itself. The management wasn't very helpful when communicating and seemed like we were putting them out to message them at all. The bed was HORRIBLE and felt like carboard. There is no service in the area, at least for Verizon and whoever we were communicating with seemed annoyed we had any problems. « The lighting in the kitchen areas were insufficient. It was hard to see around the sink area when washing dishes. The motion detection light switch in the bathroom would turn on the lights above the sink without anyone near the bathroom. I had to remove the bulbs from the light fixture in order to sleep without the lights going on. The wifi was horrible in and around cabin 5. I was told that you were in the process of upgrading, so that's a good thing. We used the propane BBQ one night and had...

« What a pleasant surprise. The place is wonderful. We had a full floor and a huge balcony overlooking the local volcanic mountains. We immensely enjoyed staying there. Unfortunately it was only for one night. We will correct this the next time. The swimming pool is remote though, you have to take the car and beware that they have no place where to change. They told you to go to the public restrooms which are disgusting. So change at the hotel. The pool is managed by another facility, not Crooked...

« Nous y avons séjourné un lundi et avons appris que le restaurant du Résort était fermé les lundis et mardis. Les options ne sont pas à proximité. Nous avons du acheter un sandwich et des chips dans un magasin non loin. Le patron était très sympathique et s'est excusé en indiquant qu'il devait fermer 2 jours semaine afin de donner une pause à son personnel. C'est un superbe endroit...le préféré de notre voyage! »
