The house looks nice online, but it is a very different story inside. When we arrived, we discovered a broken oven, lights that don't work, no shades on windows, lots of ants and cockroaches. We complained and got the worse customer service I've ever experienced. The host is disconnected from the property and service, and is impossible to reach. Even VRBO couldn't reach him and the numbers they called went to Europe and non-english speaking people. Eventually, we got through to someone and they promised us a full refund (in writing) if we left the property. We did this, and booked a new place. DVG then refused to give the credit. I escalated to VRBO support and legal and they tried helping, but the host kept telling them he would refund the money but did not do so. VRBO immediately refunded their part of the fee due to the experience and pictures I sent them, but the host refused to and then went radio silent. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company who then researched everything and gave me the refund.This is a total scam and I hope no one has to deal with the two months of stress this has caused me. I'll be escalating further to the city of Orlando and others so they can deal with this scam artist.
