We stayed at this property from 2/13/26–2/23/26 and paid over 6,000 for our stay. Unfortunately, our experience was frustrating due to several maintenance and cleanliness issues.The biggest problem was the washer not working consistently for most of the trip. We had 15 people in the house, so having a functioning washer was extremely important. I reached out multiple times and was told they were waiting on a part, then another technician was sent, then they were contacting the warranty company. After repeated follow-ups on my end, a technician finally returned on 2/21/26 with the necessary part and fixed it. That meant we were without a working washer for 8 out of our 10 days. It felt like if I hadn’t kept asking for updates, it may not have been resolved during our stay.There were also several other issues:3 out of the 4 pool sticks were broken.There was no dustpan available in the house.The vacuum only had three wheels, making it very difficult to use. I requested a replacement vacuum but received no response.The heated pool was turned off after two days. When I mentioned the pool was cold, I was initially told it would cost 35 per day to heat it and required two days’ notice. I responded that I had already paid for pool heat for the entire stay. Once they realized I paid for the service they then sent someone over and told me the pool filter was clogged and that is the reason the pool didn't heat.
