We enjoyed our stay. The Condo was a perfect size for 5 people. Nice and clean and quiet. If we every return to Florida we will look this place up again.

Highly Recommend! Very nice and homey

Condo was just as described, clean, roomy and homey. Location is great, as it's near fuel, shopping, restaurants and Disney. Owner communicated promptly when a storm knocked out the power and wifi before we arrived. Would book it again. Highly recommend!

Short stay

The living room area was very nice with updated furnishings. Great for evenings sitting around in front of tv. Linens and towels were the only thing that could use an update. That being said, they were plentiful so that was good. Overall a great value and would recommend.

Perfect!

This condo home was the perfect accomodations for our family vacation! It had everything we needed and more, very well stocked kitchen, toys, pool items, washer & dryer, and more! The beds were very comfortable and TV's in every room. It was a five star rating through and through. We only had one issue with being on the second floor trying to keep our grandchildren from their normal 'bouncing off the walls' energy. They are use to living in a single family home where they can romp around all they want.

Perfect little Disney get away

This was such a cute place to stay. It was perfect for 2- adults, 4- tweens. It was a nice gated neighborhood which made us feel safe. Owner was easy to communicate with. The property had everything you would need. It felt like a home away from home. It has some Disney themed accents that were tastefully done. The living room was spacious and comfortable. Convenient location to a pool and hot tub. It was not crowded (which we loved). It took about 25 minutesish to get to Disney with traffic. The property is tucked away enough to feel like you aren’t downtown but close enough to lots of shopping, restaurants and things to do! 100% would stay here again!

Einfach perfekt!!!

Dieses ist die perfekte Wohnung für uns gewesen, sehr, sehr geräumig, sauber, absolut tolle Ausstattung, es mangelt an nichts, wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt!!! Als Ausgangspunkt für unsere WDW Besuche super gelegen, auch alles andere ist mit kurzen Autofahrten zu erreichen!!! Der Vermieter hat uns bei allen Fragen immer zeitnah unterstützt!!! Wir hoffen sehr, dass wir nochmal wieder kommen werden!!!

Everything We Could Have Wanted

We were spending a week doing theme parks in Orlando and wanted somewhere with space and comfort for everyone. This delivered everything we could have hoped for, along with some fantastic little touches. Plenty of room to rest our very tired feet. Plenty of seating for everyone. The pool and hot tub are very easily accessed from the property. The 3 bedrooms and 4 beds were perfect for our family of 5. Simply due to traffic (not so much the distance) you need to plan for 20-25 min to the Disney parks and 30-40 to Universal. Compared to the space you get at the resorts at a way higher price point, I would stay at this condo every single time.

Spacious townhouse

We are a family of 6 with 3 teenagers and a 9 year old staying here. We stayed here for a few days to go to Disney and Universal. Pros: Nice, quiet gated townhouse community Bright, spacious floorplan Pretty view of pond and pool behind Master bedroom Well stocked with many essentials Owner communicated quickly Property manager lives nearby King bed in master with private 3 piece bath Queen bed in second room 2 twins beds in 3rd room Nice tv in main room, 75" I think? and very nice recliner couches Nice counter level large kitchen table Tvs in 3 bedrooms also Cons: Original design/ dated About 25 min drive to Disneys, with traffic a couple times it was 30 About a 30 minute drive to Universal, it was 40 for us because of traffic Hot tub was not functioning The beds, mattresses, sheets, & blankets could be updated Vintage slat/ slider blinds that I had to reassemble many times if I tried to open or close Remote to main tv had to be located by property manager and batteries installed and batteries to a bedroom remote too

Great Location

This property was a short drive to the Disney parks. It was very clean. The owner was very responsive and thorough with information about the property. The grandkids loved the Toy Story themed room. We spent one afternoon at the pool, which is just steps away. The only recommendation I would have is for more wash cloths to be at the property. (We ended up needing to buying some.) Otherwise, it was very well supplied.

Great place!

We had a great time at this property! It was neat as a pin and had all the necessities, including beach towels and pool toys. It was a quick ride to Disney and Universal and a little over an hour away from Kennedy Space Center. The owner was absolutely accommodating and easy to communicate with! We loved our stay!

Great property and location with a couple Caveats

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was so convenient, with Disney and lots of restaurants and stores close by. The property felt comfortable cozy and was very well managed and perfect for our family of 4 and my mom! My daughter really enjoyed having the pool so close by too! The caveats are that the carpet could use a deep clean! My son was crawling everywhere and his feet and legs got really dirty from the carpet. Also we were asked to strip the bed sheets before we checked out. Not a big deal but especially with little ones it would have been nice not to worry about that when trying to pack up and get ready to leave. Otherwise no complaints and we had a great stay!

Home away from home!

Our family of 5 loved this place! We stayed for 7 nights for a Disney vacation. It was so easy to get to and from each of the parks. We even avoided tolls all week. The condo was clean and spacious and had everything we needed and then some. The living room furniture was comfortable after a long day at the parks and the table was great for everyone to eat together as a family. The pool was small and nothing fancy but it was never crowded and great for our rest days! It closed at dusk which was a bit of a bummer. Homeowner responded very promptly when needed. This place was very affordable and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone else coming to the area. I have also stayed at rentals that had notes and instructions taped and pasted everywhere. This rental did not. It had simple check in and checkout instructions which were appreciated. Thanks for an excellent place to call home for a week!

Made our holiday!

This is our 3rd time in Orlando and first time not in a hotel….and we’re converted! The apartment was so well appointed-literally everything you need. I’d advise guests to check out all the (walk in!) wardrobes as we didn’t initially and overbought/overbrought! The owner and maintenance people were super attentive and the whole community feels very safe. The pool is much bigger than we anticipated, clean and just a stone’s throw from the condo. Big plus having a washer and dryer within the accommodation too rather than a laundry room on site. We’ll definitely return!

Fair price, but not much to offer

We were in town for the AAU Girls National Volleyball Tournament with our daughters. We didn’t have much time to enjoy the area so we hoped to at least enjoy where we stayed. Unfortunately, there was little to do. The tv in the living room didn’t work. The tv in the master was missing a remote and couldn’t be used. The pool is much smaller than the photo and was not very clean looking. The home itself was comfortable, but very outdated. We would not book this rental again, but happy we were able to be safe and have a shower and bed at the end of a long day.
