Upon arrival, the house look like it needed some additional cleaning. We took many pictures and sent them via email, which was the only mode of communication. I had to upload all the pictures which was a pain. Dishes in cabinets were dirty. Fridge had not been wiped out. Mirrors were dirty. It looked like a lot of the baseboards had food and dust on it. By the trashcan wall there was dried food on it. They did come back to clean. Tile grout does need a deep cleaning. The game room had several things broken. They did come to fix it, but they had to order parts so the kids couldn’t use some of the machines. Many of the TVs needed to be fixed due to remotes not working or TV not being able to connect.The Wi-Fi went out on the last day. Tried to communicate via email and didn’t get any information till the next day. Was pretty frustrated by then. The house was great. The floor plan was wonderful for a large group. The pool was very nice to relax by. I would suggest you get the pool heated because then the Jacuzzi will work. I felt like we were nickeled and dimed. We wanted to use the grill since there was only one stove to cook for 17 people. it was additional 75 to use the grill. The house has two refrigerators two dishwashers But only 1 oven. Our stay was great with a large family and we had a blast. It was a little stressful, having to communicate via email (no app or text) w/ them to get the issues fixed and be there at the house when they sent someone. Community was safe
