This house is amazing! Everything was perfect for our stay. The house is immaculately clean, and the beds are very comfortable! We used the pool at the house, and the pool at the clubhouse, and both were fantastic. Alan was extremely responsive to a couple of questions, and his communication is 10 out of 10! The location is great. You are near everything! The house is family friendly for any ages and large enough to accommodate large groups comfortably. We enjoyed the big sectional couch and the amazing kitchen! You have everything you need for a great stay.

Excellent Property

This property is an excellent stay. A gated, private commmunity. The community and property are very well maintained, with a spa and pool for just this property. There is also a public pool, gym, restaurant/bar area for the entire community that was a very fun place to visit. The property is only 30-40 minutes from all the parks and attractions. Also 60-70 minutes from Tampa. The only reason the parks/Tampa aren't closer is because traffic is absolutely crazy in the area with tourists and locals. Communication with owner/property manager was outstanding. Questions/issues were sloved very fast with a simple text message. I highly recommend this property, not only because of location/privacy but because of the helpfulness of the owner/property manager.

Very spacious! We had 7 adults and 6 kids 10-16 everyone had their own space. Kitchen and living room were plenty big enough for the whole family! Kids loved having the pool and game room was great to keep them busy all of the time.

Fantastic stay.

The property is fantastic. Exactly as advertised. Clean, spacious, and beautiful decor. Safe gated community with access to common pool and restaurant.Excellent location on a private corner lot with water view from the pool and deck. Close to the parks.Beautiful spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and pillows.The pool and hot tub were very clean. Most importantly, Alan is a phenomenal host. Immediately available and incredibly responsive. Exactly what you would want in a host.We will definitely be planning to stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. All amenities were as described. Unfortunately, the pool was affected by a recent storm prior to our arrival, causing it to be dirty. However, the owner promptly and professionally addressed the issue by scheduling a cleaning as soon as possible. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect Accommodation

This couldn’t have been a more perfect house for my family. There was a bedroom and bathroom for everyone, huge living room with ample sitting space for everyone to kick back and relax after some long days at the Disney parks. Perfect location for our group as we were all doing different things. 15-20minutes to Disney, close to golf courses, close to restaurants and stores and about 45min to Legoland. Would definitely stay here again!!!

The house was large and spacious with plenty of room for our extended family. The seating area was wonderful with a couch that was large enough to fit all of us. The kids had an area to play and the pool area was also spacious.

Christmas in Florida

I travelled to Florida December 23-30, 2023, with my husband & 2 kids, my brother’s family with 6 kids, & my mom (13 total). We booked Alan’s house, as it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including 9 bedrooms! The kids were all excited & happy with the bedrooms, as were the adults. As we booked over the Christmas holidays & travelled with so many children, I hoped Alan could put up a small tree so Santa had a spot to leave gifts for the little ones (I’ve stayed at other vrbo’s over the holidays & all have been beautifully decorated). He unfortunately responded that he didn’t have the time or manpower to do this for us, but we were welcome to buy a tree and set it up ourselves. The house was awesome, although there were a few small issues. The lights in the games room only half worked. There was only 1 game available for the Xbox. The light switch for the pool was broken. There were no tea towels or cloths for the kitchen (we had to go out & buy some), and the welcome basket left for us was minimal, with a couple small snacks, enough coffee for 4 of us, no sugar or creamer, a few bags for garbage. We needed to buy our own pool towels as none were provided. The towels provided for our room had blood stains on them. I gave a 4 out of 5 stars rating because we were overall happy with the home & our time there. Just some suggestions for the owner, to make the stay that much more incredible for the next renters.

We stayed for 5-days, the size the house allowed all of us to have quite time and our personal space. The host was amazing and responsive quickly in all communication. Would highly recommend and will be staying here again.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Alan’s property! The house was stunning! What sold us was the extra large family room & kitchen that was able to accommodate our 2 families. We had 5 adults and 7 kids. We could have easily fit 2 more families! The house was super clean and felt better than home! Enough pillows for the whole family! The generosity with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap and hand soap was great! They’re in a glass bottle with labels and we absolutely loved that! The Trex room was better in person than in pictures. As did all the other rooms! We really loved our stay at this property and will definitely come back and recommend it to others! We got to see an alligator in the lake which was pretty cool. The first day we arrived we had an issue with the pool and Alan was quick to respond and help us out to fix the problem. I really loved the furniture Alan chose for the home. He didn’t go cheap! He definitely put some money into in to make it feel luxurious. It’s an absolutely gorgeous home and you and your family will love staying at this property.

April 2023… house was exactly as stated … very accommodating for our family of 11… plenty of space for the little ones to explore and enjoy the games room. Pool area was amazing with a beautiful view of the lake. Our host was very efficient with responding to our questions … and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great!!
