Storey Lake is a gated community and all guests must be pre-registered before arrival.

After booking, we’ll request:

Primary guest full name

Full names of all adult guests

Driver names and (if possible) vehicle plate numbers

We’ll send a vehicle access barcode (phone or printed) to show security at the gate.

Entry may be delayed or denied if not registered in advance.

For guest safety and privacy, access to the property is strictly limited to registered guests only.

No third parties are authorized to enter the property during a reservation unless previously coordinated with the guest.

Each reservation is assigned a unique access code.

Self check-in via keypad smart lock. Your personalized door code will be sent 24 hours before arrival — no office visit needed. We're available via platform messaging before, during, and after your stay. Office hours: Daily 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST. If anything needs attention, please message us as soon as possible — ideally within the first 4 hours of check-in — so we can resolve it quickly. After-hours emergencies only (A/C failure, water leak, lockout, medical):
