I would also like to share some important observations about my stay so they can improve the experience of future guests. I will start with the bed: it is extremely low, and the mattress you can feel every single spring on your back, which makes it very difficult to sleep well, and because the bed is so low, it felt as if I were sleeping on the floor. This seriously affects comfort and rest, so I believe it needs to be replaced or properly serviced as soon as possible. In the master bathroom, the sink faucet drips constantly and leaks water all the time, which is both inconvenient and a continuous waste of water that should be addressed promptly. It would also be helpful to offer at least some basic TV channels; during my stay, I wanted to watch the World Baseball Classic series, but there were no channels available, only Netflix, and everything requires streaming which limits entertainment options. Additionally, the toaster is not just dirty; it looks burned and overly worn from heavy use, and the same applies to the iron, as both items appear to need thorough cleaning. On a positive note, the rooms were clean, the location was excellent, and overall comfort would have been great if not for the issue with the bed. The host was okay, but communication was only through email, which felt inconsistent considering guests are required to provide their phone numbers.Aside from these issues, everything else was fine and I appreciated the stay.Regards,Noel Espada
