The Space:

Perched on the top floor of a gated resort community, this three-bedroom condo puts you in the sweet spot between Orlando adventure and genuine peace and quiet. Wake up to woodland views stretching across a nature conservation area, pour a coffee, and take it out to your screened balcony before the day begins. Evenings here have a different rhythm - open-concept living, soft lighting, and the kind of stillness that's hard to find this close to the parks.



Sleeping arrangements

The condo sleeps up to 6 guests across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is fitted with a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen, and the third has two twin beds - giving families and mixed groups a comfortable spread across the space.



Living space

The open-plan living area is bright and well-furnished, with a TV and plenty of room to spread out after a long day. The screened balcony sits just off the main living space, overlooking the conservation area - a genuinely peaceful spot to start the morning or decompress in the evening.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is set up for real cooking - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, and cooking basics are all included. Dishes, silverware, pots, and pans are on hand, so you're not hunting for anything. The dining table gives everyone a proper place to sit down together.



Bathrooms

Both bathrooms include a bathtub and shower, with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer provided. Towels, bed linens, and essentials are stocked so you can pack light.



In-unit extras

A washer and dryer are in the unit for longer stays or anyone who prefers to travel with a lighter bag. You'll also find an iron, hangers, and clothing storage throughout. The smart lock makes check-in straightforward - no key pickup needed.

Windsor Palms is a 24-hour gated resort, and your stay includes full access to the shared pool and gym at no extra cost. Free parking on premises is included throughout your visit.



Home safety

The condo is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

Sitting just 3 miles from Disney's main gates, the location is hard to beat for park-focused trips. Magic Kingdom is approximately 8.5 miles away, SeaWorld around 13 miles, and Universal Studios roughly 17 miles - putting the full run of Orlando's major attractions within easy reach. When you're done with the parks, the quiet top-floor position and conservation views give you somewhere genuinely restful to come back to.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort-style amenities.



Spend your days relaxing by the Olympic-sized saltwater pool, grabbing a drink at the poolside Tiki bar, or letting the kids play at the water splash pad and toddler pool. Evenings are perfect for watching a movie in the theater, hanging out in the arcade game room, or playing tennis, basketball, and sand volleyball on the lighted courts. A fully equipped fitness center, a sundry shop serving Starbucks coffee, and a secure playground are also just steps away.

Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the community, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the parking lot.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, we provide a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
