This condo worked for our AAU volleyball tournament because it was spacious, affordable, and in a great location just minutes from the Orange County Convention Center. The property itself was nice, with a good pool, walking paths around the pond, and grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance.The unit, however, was much more worn than expected. The couch was stained and torn with foam showing, the furniture was heavily used, and the beds had only basic sheets and a small blanket. Check-in was delayed 45 minutes while the cleaning crew finished. They kindly let us leave our luggage, but in the rush they forgot to leave towels and left a dishwasher full of dirty dishes. The host's initial response was an automated message suggesting we buy more towels if needed, but after calling, the cleaning crew returned and corrected the issues.Neither hairdryer nor the iron worked, one bathroom had visible dust on the broken hairdryer, and the trash can was dirty. The kitchen was very minimally stocked, so plan to bring or buy essentials like paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, extra toilet paper, and toiletries.Overall, this is a budget-friendly place to sleep if you're in town for an event, but I wouldn't recommend it for a vacation where you plan to spend much time in the condo. The location is excellent, but the cleanliness, maintenance, and amenities need improvement.
