Damage Waiver — Optional.

For a small, one-time, non-refundable fee, you can add extra protection against minor accidental damage that may occur during your stay. This option helps cover unexpected repair or replacement costs, so you can relax and enjoy your time without worrying about small accidents.



Safety Deposit

Alternatively, you may choose a refundable security deposit. The deposit will be returned in full after your stay, provided there is no damage to the property. Refunds are typically processed within 2 to 14 days, depending on your bank or card provider.

🚭 Smoke-Free Indoors — $2,500 penalty plus odor remediation.

🗑️ Trash Must Be Bagged Properly — $150 cleanup charge otherwise.

🎉 No Parties or Large Gatherings — $150 fine; eviction possible with no refund.

🧳 Late Checkout — $150 charge past 10:00 AM without advance approval.
