Welcome to your family’s Orlando vacation home! Located inside the gated Emerald Island Resort, this spacious six-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom retreat combines a private screened pool, garage game room, three imaginative children’s bedrooms, and multiple gathering spaces—all less than 15 minutes from Walt Disney World.



The bright, open living area features soaring ceilings, comfortable seating, and a large Smart TV, creating an inviting place to relax after a day at the parks. An additional sitting area and upstairs lounge give larger families and groups plenty of room to spread out while still enjoying time together.



The fully equipped kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, generous counter space, and a large breakfast bar for casual meals and morning coffee. A nearby dining room provides plenty of space for shared dinners, celebrations, and family game nights.



The home’s six bedrooms offer comfortable and flexible sleeping arrangements for families traveling together. The first-floor king suite includes a Smart TV and a spacious private bathroom with a corner soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. Upstairs, guests will find a second king bedroom, a bedroom with two full beds, and three memorable children’s rooms.



Young adventurers can choose between a whimsical woodland bunk room with its own slide, an exciting race-car bedroom with two car-shaped beds, or a fairytale-inspired castle bunk room complete with charming floral details and a child-size vanity. These imaginative spaces make bedtime feel like part of the vacation.



The fun continues in the garage game room, where guests can challenge one another to a game of pool or see who can score the most points on the basketball arcade. It is a great place for kids and adults to enjoy some friendly competition between visits to the theme parks.



Outside, the private screened pool provides a relaxing place to enjoy the Florida sunshine. Spend the afternoon swimming, unwind beside the water, or enjoy an outdoor meal together under the screened lanai. Pool heating is available for an additional $30 per night and can be arranged with our team after booking.



A full-size washer and dryer are also available inside the home, making longer stays and busy family vacations more convenient.



Guests receive access to Emerald Island Resort’s shared amenities, including a resort-style pool, clubhouse, tiki bar, fitness center, sauna, tennis and basketball courts, sand volleyball, playgrounds, and scenic nature trails.



Emerald Island is gated and guarded 24/7. Upon arrival, each vehicle must purchase a Dolphin Pass. This one-time access card costs $20 per vehicle, cash only, and provides community entry and clubhouse access for the duration of your stay.



The home is less than 15 minutes from Walt Disney World and approximately five minutes from Island H2O Water Park. SeaWorld Orlando, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Universal Epic Universe, Sunset Walk, restaurants, shopping, and golf are also within a convenient drive.
