Overall, the property was very nice. It was a good size and set up well for large family groups with older children. There were some signs of wear and tear, and the kitchen and bathrooms were not as clean as you would expect for a property at this price point, but they were not terrible. The exterior pool area had a number of screen tears, some of which were closed with blue painters tape, and the golf putting area by the pool was torn up and not usable. The exercise room in the house was nice in concept, but the bike was not usable, and there was no bench for the weights. The biggest issue was the noise. There were a number of large groups and large parties with a lot of loud music playing well into the early morning hours. Inside, it was not too bad, but outside by the pool, it was impossible to sit and have a clear conversation. The rules clearly stated no noise, but no one was enforcing that. If the noise were addressed, I would stay there again.
