Villa was in a good location at the Windsor Island resort. The resort had a really nice pool and clubhouse which we enjoyed. The security around the resort was good although we experienced delays in getting in and out (especially around Labour Day where it was extremely busy). The pool in the villa was good and we used it daily. The washing machine and dryer and the games room were good.Areas to improve: the villa wasn’t as clean as we’d like when we arrived. The bedding didn’t feel the right quality or as clean as we’d like. There were no guides or instructions available for the Villa - we had to find out for ourself about the jacuzzi, oven and tv’s. The fencing around the pool was tired and it needs cushions on the seating outside. Whilst enjoyed our time at the villa it wasn’t as good as we’d expect.
