Let me start off by saying, that the house itself was very nice and clean. My family and I loved it. However, when it comes to communication with the management company it was horrible. You can only email them. We arrived on Saturday the 18th and by Wednesday, I started calling about the pool turning green.When I called the maintenance number for emergency said they put a work order in for it to be looked at. Now in the meantime, I already told them that the pool like was broke as well. After not hearing back about the pool being cleaned, I called again on Thursday and emailed them. I was told that the pool company couldn’t come out until the next day (Friday). By this time, the pool was green. When the pool tech came out Friday morning, he was shocked at how dirty and green the pool was and told us that they never called about putting in a work order. He took pictures and sent them to his boss. When I emailed the management company about this, they said that they did put it in and if they didn’t then the pool people wouldn’t be there now cleaning it. I wrote back stating that the pool tech guy told us that they come out every Friday morning to clean the pool and if they would have called, they would have been here right away. When asked about being compensated for our trouble, the management company went radio silent and I haven’t heard from them.
