The house has lit of nice Disney pictures. But we had a number of frustrating encounters: 1. Asked to turn of pool heating and they did not. They expected payment but without letting me know how to pay. Keep on saying same thing over and over without proper resolution, it's late night, and pool heating has no point. 2. 1 Bed was broken, we could have been injured. 3. The house has no condiments, not a single coffee pouch, no sugar, no creamer. Every bathroom had a quarter size soap and shampoo not enough for single use. There was not enough soap to wash hand after a dump. I was told that how it is and guest suppose to have their own supply. 4. House parking spot was not enough for 3 cars. No clear instructions that we had to put a car in a way to block other two. 5. Check in was not smooth. We asked for 30 min extra time during checkout and we were not given it. Overall a penny pinching experience on a property decorated with nice Disney pictures. For the amount of money charged, steer clear of this property. Sharing picture of how much salt and pepper was there in the singular salt pepper holder of property according 20 guest. There are not meant to refilled. Also there was 1 pan and condition of the pan. Size of the soap and broken bed.
