Absolutely the worst! Family vacation to Disney and Universal with my children and grand children. Decided to rent this house specifically because of the private pool and hot tub. I had to pay extra to have the hot tub heated. Upon arrival, we realized that the pool/hot tub were non-operational and dirty. I contacted the host and reported the issue and they said a technician would be out that day. No technician showed up, I followed up on Sunday and was told he was in route. Returned that evening to the same situation. I sent pictures and videos to American Star to which they replied that it was functioning correctly. It was very obviously not. I was told if I wanted the technician to return, I would have to pay for it and was sent a payment link. Long story short, pool and hot tub were finally repaired on day 5, stopped working again on day 6 (lights never worked). House was filthy, furniture was very cheap and broken, master bed was broken, theater seating broken, most of the games were broken, there were cigarette and marijuana butts on the pool deck, carpet was worn out to the point that at the master bedroom door we had to lay down a towel so my granddaughter would not step on the exposed tack strips. Same between the master and the bath. Multiple doors not functional. Dresser in the princess room broken and filthy. No wash cloths, uncomfortable bedding and pillows. Receptacle broken and exposed wires in one bedroom. I have pictures of all this and communications.
