Oh my, so many things.. first, Grand Welcome of Orlando Management company is the best! We have been coming to Emerald Island for 10 years and we have never had such an attentive, professional, pleasant group of people attend to our requests and needs as this company has.Honestly, anything we requested or had questions about was responded to within a very short period of time.The house itself was great! Very roomy for a large group of people. 8 bdrms, full kitchen. Very comfortable house. Plenty of bathrooms. My grandkids loved the game room. Especially PacMan. A/C was great as well. We really have no complaints. Pool heat was also more then adequate. The large spacious area around the pool was so much fun to hang out in, eat, play cards and board games, bbq (there is a fee for bbq and pool heat, but so worth it). Anyway, one of the best family vacays we've had. One more thing..we live in NY and that large winter snow storm hit our area. We wanted to see if we could stay an extra night to avoid driving into the heart of the storm. No pblm! These kind people accommodated us and for a very fair price for the extra day.I reached out and asked if Grand Welcome had any other properties on Emerald Island and they do! I highly recommend their properties, and we will definitely be back. Sorry for such a long review, but it was worth the time and effort to commend them for their excellence. Thanks again for such a wonderful stay.
