Our stay was on September and october 2021, the apartment was lets say alright, except for some details like the chairs on the dinningroom and the kitchen, most of them with broken legs, we only could use three chairs. Some lamps were missing the shades.
Our over all stay experience was not up to the price we payed. The information for the trash disposal was wrong, the notice on the apartment said we should put the trash bags out on the front door on mondays for somebody to collect them, but nobody came, we called customer service and they told us we shouldn't do that because the owner might get fined, instead we should have the trash ready and call them so they would send somebody to collect the trash (bye the way they told us somebody would come inside the apartment to take the trash in case we were not home at the moment, wich seemed a bit odd to me) When we called, they told us that information was also wrong and that we should take the trash to the dumpsters ourselves, when we asked about the location of the dumpters every customer service agent told us diferente things, so we had to drive all over the resort to try and find the dumpster.
Anyway it was not an easy thing to figure out between wrong information, wrong directions, bad service and poor Quality on some things inside the apartment.
And finally, the internet service was off for several days due to some damage on I don't know where, so we ended up with almost no connection or cell pone signal,(because aparently all cell carriers have bad signal all over the resort) it might not be something the resort can do mucho about but it certainly added to our average (or below average) experience.
