1of2The clubhouses are great. One clubhouse is walking distance from the house. The bigger one, is about a 45 minute walk or 5 to 10m drive. There was supposed to be a shuttle but we werent given any information about it and we tried calling and there was no answer. The location of this complex is also in a good spot. Close to shopping and the big highways. Negatives... We’ve found the property to be underserviced, with only one roll of toilet paper, paper towels, no face cloths, no hand soap, no oven mitts, no dish cloths and no tea towels. There was nowhere near enough hand or body towels available. The towels that were there were very old and in poor condition. While we are well aware of self-supply requirements for these types of rentals, the level of service and maintenance here was below any reasonable expectation.M uch of the furniture is in disrepair. The outside lounge chair is broken, the couch chaise is very worn and seperates from the couch, the accent chair is all springs, and the coffee table is flimsy. The couch in the living room is horribly uncomfortable. The lights flickered in many bedrooms. The ladder for the 4 bunkbeds in the Star Wars room was not properly secured. The carpet in the living room and on the stairs was filthy. There are dirty marks all over the walls and door jams. There is a sharp spring on the edge of the mattress on the main floor that scratched my leg when I was getting in and out of bed. Continuing on next review 2/2.
