Do not stay here
Disappointing all around. The pictures don’t show the property in its current state. At check-in the owner ignored me several minutes before calling the lady who was sitting bored in the lobby to check me in. She mentioned they are short staffed but if your mobile or your computer are more important than the guest, that doesn’t make the guest feel exactly welcome, does it. There are major constructions going on in one wing of the hotel. One can only hope it’s for the better because rooms need an update real bad. Toilet in my room didn’t work properly. And ownership should check their rooms for bed bugs urgently cause I got literally eaten that night. Wanted to talk to someone about the issues upon check out but the door to the reception was locked (I get it, this is a bad neighborhood, I‘d lock myself in too if I had to work there) and I could only leave the keys at a window. Location wise the hotel is good if you want to attend an event at the arena or the stadium. But do not walk there. Wifi worked. Restaurant is closed. Didn’t try the pool.

Aufgrund der schlechten Bewertungen waren wir sehr verunsichert, allerdings wollten wir nur eine Nacht bleiben, daher wollten wir was günstiges. Wir waren aber positiv überrascht, die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Das Personal super freundlich und die Lage ist auch super. Wir waren super schnell am Amway Center und Downtown

We had a wonderful stay. Yes, it does need new blankets and sheets, BUT they were clean and it seems that they are working on making updates to the rooms. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and we never had an issue. The front desk lady ( i dodnt cathc her name) was awesome! Friendly and gave us a late check out that we ended up not needing. The covid breakfast was actaully ALOTA OF FOOD and really good! The pool even though we didnt have time to go i. Was clean and looked relaxing and refreshing. We will be staying again here. Thank you!

Asked for accessible room for one of the three rooms reserved and they put us on second floor with no elevators. Check in person changed us to 1st floor, with an accessible room and somewhat close together. Expedia advertised as free breakfast and we were told grab and go breakfast available. Grab and go was available through a vending machine at $1.50 per bag. Needless to say, disappointing!

Way over priced for the area. Outdated fixtures, smelly carpet in the halls, sticky doors and locks, 4 SMALL pillows on a King sized bed were ridiculous. Staff gave us a ground floor room at our request after asking us why we booked a balcony in the first place. Um, make your online booking more clear and this would not happen? I don't need to be questioned about why I did anything.

The room was not made up dirty sheets still on bed from previous tenants.. We were moved to another room, the toilet overflowed, we were told to clean it up ourselves, and were given towels to soak up the water.. I was told by management to request a refund from Expedia.

The lobby is dirty, my room had no clean towels (1 dirty one in the tub), the adjacent parking had cars leaving and beeping starting at 4:30am, nothing in walking distance, and the "breakfast from 7-9am" was not breakfast but a solid Keurig and a paper bag snack pack.

There was hair all over the bath tub and towels. The hallways smells like weed and humidity. Also the toilet bowl was disgustingly dirty.

Unsafe area although they do have a dense around the entire hotel. There was dead cockroaches on the floor. I slept with my light on…. The staff was nice but didn’t answer the phone when we tried to complain and the lobby is locked at night.

Very rude, unprofessional, and non-caring staff. Very awful, unhealthy package as breakfast (Grab & Go). This was a kind of offensive behavior. In one word, it was disgusting.

DON'T BOOK AT THIS HOTEL
Absolutely horrible customer service and cleanliness. Not in a good area. Staff does not even let you in the lobby. I felt very unsafe standing outside the window checking in at midnight. We finally got checked in, went to our room, walked in and walked right back out due to the smell and lack of cleanliness of our room. Very sad

- The Room: The room at this property: one of the dirtiest experienced. Floor was dusty/dirty, bed headboard/table/bathroom door had splatter of stuff?, sheets were clean but thin that you could see mattress stains, got new hand towels since the ones in the room were stained, and clean extra blanket had cigarette burn holes. - Weird smell out of air conditioner or corner of the room started. We were laughing at how bad the room was. We could have asked for another room but the hotel was completely sold out, and other guests said their rooms were about the same. So, what was the point? - The Key Card: Every day, without fail, our keys would stop working, though we kept it away from our phone or other magnetic items. Staff never wondered/cared why it was happening daily. - Hotel location: Hotel is on the corner of 2 very busy and loud traffic areas. We felt safe walking/running around the neighborhood (we had no car). - The Breakfast: Weekday bfast was a bag of snacks. Weird, but okay. Weekend bfast, you needed a voucher from the front desk for bfast at the Chinese restaurant next to hotel. The food was not great; no other food in the area other than a WaWa down the street. - Good points: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was good. - Bottomline: this property is really tired & rooms not clean for the price & location. The staff were very friendly/helpful, but don’t expect ‘going above and beyond.’

Some of the staff were polite and some were not. Included breakfast was very poor quality. Ham was awful. Eggs runny. Lady who took breakfast orders was super kind and meant well but doesn't speak English so communication was challenging. There was a dog in the room next door that barked and played with a squeaky toy that could be heard.

I had planned a three night stay but left after five minutes. They put in a smoking room room, without being asked, which had ants and stains on the bed.

There is no lasty name is given , we do not know that he booked a smoking or nonsmoking Room . if he booked a smoking room , if we are not busy we would switch room for him , but on 2/3/24 we were very busy , I am sorry we could not switch for him

Hotel was very dirty and stunk. There was a dead bug on the bathroom floor. Marijuana.Smelled up the hallways first thing in the morning. The bed was comfy but that’s about it. Back to the Hampton Inn for us!!

King non-smoking room on ground floor was clean and comfortable. An older but well-maintained hotel. Chengdu Chinese restaurant next door was excellent choice for dinner

Breakfast was a paper sack with a bottle of water, an apple, some chips, a muffin and a small cup of yogurt. Was expecting a hot breakfast and a dinning area. Clock radio did not work. TV color was terrible. Serious lack of electrical outlets and one of the outlets the plug kept falling out of it. This is the first time to stay at a Best Western and if this is an example, then i will never stay at a Best Western again!!
