Perfect Home for My Birthday RetreatI recently hosted my birthday retreat at this beautiful 10‑bedroom, 8‑bath home, and it exceeded every expectation. The space was thoughtfully designed with décor that matched my aesthetic so perfectly it felt like it had been curated just for us. Every guest had their own room and plenty of privacy, yet the layout also made it easy for us to come together as a group whenever we wanted to.The two full-size refrigerators were a huge blessing. We were able to stock up on groceries, beverages, and retreat essentials without needing to run back out for anything. It made the entire weekend flow smoothly and allowed us to stay fully present and relaxed.Our host, Lucy, was incredibly accommodating. Any time I needed to adjust the guest list or had a question about parking, she responded quickly and resolved everything with ease. Her communication made the planning process stress-free.The only thing I wish had been different was the weather. It was too cold for us to enjoy the pool and hot tub, which looked amazing. If the temperatures had cooperated, we would’ve spent so much time outside. Instead, we stayed indoors, kept warm, and enjoyed each other’s company.The home does provide starter items, but guests should plan to bring additional toiletries and staples based on their needs. Asking questions ahead of time is helpful so you can arrive fully prepared.Overall, our stay was amazing. The home was spacious and beautiful

The floors could’ve been cleaner. None of the bedrooms have bureaus which was kind of a pain. Some of the shower doors were almost inoperable but with a little TLC it could be all fixed location, fantastic 10 bedrooms great nice pool and heated hot tub.

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home. The house is beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated with comfortable beds and fun, unique themes in each bedroom. Our daughters absolutely loved the Little Mermaid room, and learning how to play pool was an added bonus for the whole family. The home was very clean and well stocked, especially with pool towels, which many vacation homes surprisingly do not provide. The pool was heated exactly as expected, and we truly appreciated that the garage was actually accessible for parking. Outside of the home, the clubhouse and water area were a big hit with the kids and added even more value to our stay. Our family visits this area every year, and we would not hesitate to book this home again. Highly recommend.

Over all this house worked well for our large family and friends. Communication with host was very quick. The house is a rental so you expect some issues. The pool area couch is not comfy the cushions could be replaced. It was nice to have a large table and chairs on the patio. The pool and hot tub was amazing!!! The refrigerators did not get super cold. The hot water was shut off going to the kitchen. We finally found the problem and fixed it. The can opener does not work we had to improvise. The bedrooms were great. More than 2 towels would be nice in each bathroom. There is a pool table which is good. We used this a lot. You can not use the air hockey the cord is missing prongs to plug in. If this house was in any other neighborhood I would stay again. We had neighbors that had music so loud we could not talk while we were inside with the door closed. Which security did come tell them something so they took their speakers inside. And still had it blaring the windows were shaking in this house. They never followed up. it went until 4am People were racing up and down roads spinning tires in the neighborhood. We sat in line for a hour to get into the neighborhood for 50 min to be told we could not use that main entrance that we had to go to 27 and come in there and waited another 25 min in line. We had been at Disney all day that is not what you want to do. We were told from security that it was their busiest week because of “the classic car show”

Everything was great! The host was super responsive and very helpful. I would definitely book this place again. There were clean towels in every room, dishes and silverware and even pods to wash clothes. The home was clean and there was a great benefit to having so many bathrooms! The only criticism I have is the carpet is in need of shampooing and some of the doors had paint chipped off but it seems well loved.

Check in process is totally ridiculous, queued for 45 minutes down a main road just to check in an collect a card to give us gate access that never worked 8 out of 10 times. Pool area very small and furniture very uncomfortable for a 10 bed house ( we assumed this would be quite luxurious) how wrong could one be, bathroom towels very small and no clean bedding to change to if required. Driveway very small we had two SUV’s and if both parked on the driveway you couldn’t get out of your car, how you would cope with 20 people and 4 cars god only knows, for a 10 bed luxury house it was very basic and we were all very disappointed. The actual area is very busy and very noisy, if your after a relaxing vacation I would not recommend this place, stayed in loads of villas in the Kissimmee area since 1992 and to be honest this is the worst area and worst furnished we have ever stayed in.

Had a great time staying in this home. The house was spacious, clean, and the kitchen was well stocked but for a few items (oven mitts would’ve been great for the few times we used the oven). My only gripe and reason for 4/5 rating is that we paid for the hot tub heater but it didn’t work until the second day. Albeit, it was corrected, I paid a daily fee for it, the first day it didn’t work and no refund for the day was ever offered. The property manager was very responsive to everything we needed help with. One other thing to note is that there are no ceiling fans in any of the rooms. The house had a couple box fans but not enough for every room. We will keep this one on our radar for our next trip but will be sure to pack some fans and oven mitts.

My family of 20 had a wonderful stay, we really enjoyed the experience with all the amazing amenities and quick response from our host regarding any questions we might have had we highly recommend, the only suggestion I can give is they should have some cutting board for kitchen

Wasn’t impressed!!

So we had 12 of us stay there. Check in process was absolutely horrible! We waited 2 hours in line to check into the gate. Our friends got there first, there was a glass of water in one of the bathrooms, so I’m not sure who cleaned but stuff was left behind. Air hockey table had no pucks. There was ants and bugs in downstairs bathroom. They did bring in someone to spray but then we couldn’t use it for a while. The alarm system would beep every 24 hrs and we had to reset it every time. We paid for the heat in the hot tub and pool had to call the host after 2 days of us not realizing how to use it. We did love all the room it had but it really needed a good dusting around the baseboards and painting touch ups. It just didn’t seem very clean.

Great location with ease of access!

This property worked well for our nine (9) day stay. Well maintained and more than enough space for five (5) families…on-line pictures do not depict how spacious the living/pool areas are. The host was very prompt and responsive to messages sent regarding anything needed. Location and access was great being very close to hwy 27, 4, 192, and plenty of shopping/food options. Also good community resort amenities for kids to access. We would definitely stay in this location again if it met our group needs and was available!

The house is beautiful decorated beautifully. It was very nice. The only issue was the couch was pretty disgusting. I couldn’t even get my kids to sit on it otherwise than that everything was good.

Thanksgiving Trip

The house was what we expected. We go somewhere every year. We like the number of ensuites at this property. The resort area was nice. The only suggestions would be to add dish towels. Also, there was only just enough towels for 22 people. The property was great for our huge family. There are two refrigerators, which should be added to amenities.

Cleanliness was terrible

The property was ok,However the cleanliness wasn’t good it was hair everywhere in this house including the refrigerator.It was crumbs left behind in the one of the beds from the previous guest before us..That let’s us know that the property wasn’t cleaned properly which is disappointing considering we were charged a cleaning fee..And lots of ants

Great

Unsure why fire alarm went off had to bother property manager on how to turn off. On the lanai there was like sand and it stuck to our feet so therefore it went into the pool. Wish pool and hot tub had a railing for easier access. Other than that would definitely stay again.
