Great Home

This property offers great amenities and comfort for a large gathering. The home was clean and spacious. The only opportunity for improvement would be to update the games in the game room and the water temperature in the kitchen and bathrooms. Overall a wonderful experience.

very easy communication. We drove in with exhausted kids and they allowed us early access an hour prior to check in. The house is stunning. Even better in photos if you could imagine that. A perfect get away from reality when you just need relaxation. A must see/stay home!

Florida Vacation 2025

This property exceeded expectations, everything was accessible soon as we walked in. All the pictures reflected exactly what we were shown in the photos. The children LOVED the themed rooms, game room and pool. The host accommodated us with small essentials to start our stay. The drive to the parks and activities were close.

Great home for large family stay

The house was a perfect home base for our extended family Orlando vacation. 3 bedrooms with full bunk beds for the kids, and 3 master bedrooms for multiple couples. Game room was a hit with everyone. Kitchen was large, and allowed for a lot of movement. Outdoor space was wonderful. Property managment responded fast to door code being changed mid stay.

Family trip

The property was good overall . However we have a few suggestions- the water is extremely hard and smelly. It also took a long time for the water to get warm. You should have a circulating pump to get the water warm in all of the bathrooms. You also need a water softener. More than one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom would be nice as well. If youre going to advertise for 18 people you need ro provide more toilet paper.. Please also provide more than 2 garbage bags and more then one packet of dishwasher detergent. Again other then those things stay was great.

Yearly family trip

The house was a nice size, hand prints left on the mirror in a bedroom, garbage under bed...we were told we would have pool heat, that never happened for 7 days communicatedwith host. Disappointed 😞. Water temperature for showers mostly cold. Disappointed with the hot tub no heat which made our stay disappointing.

Awesome family vacation spot

Property was awesome. Bedrooms all fantastic, nice family rooms and plenty of indoor outdoor seating . Pool is smaller than it appears in pics but we got plenty of use of it. My kids loved the property and space

Fun house

The theme rooms were very fun and the game room is perfect. There is enough room to spread out and not feel like everyone is on top of each other. The pool area is smaller than pictured and the vinyl on the stairs needs replacing. Not much parking available. Great location and neighborhood.

Good Concept poor execution

Let’s start with the pros: • Design is great • Game room is awesome • Space was generous Cons: • Pool is smaller than it appears in photos • The house is only furnished • Not cleaned very well • No extra linens, towels, or cookware; a house for 18 people you would think it had more than 1 pot and 1 pan • No bath mats • Weird smell • Not apart of Reunion Club and Amenities (I knew that prior to my visit) • Outside trash can full upon arrival (trash pick up is Monday, we arrived Wed) so we had to leave our trash inside for 5 days

Amazing space for a lot of people

We had about 14 people staying in the house for 3 nights and it worked perfect. We did have someone sleep on the couch because some people didn’t sleep together but other than that there was a lot of room for everyone and they were beautiful. The house is just as pictured, if anything it’s a bit smaller than expected (especially the backyard) but other than that it was amazing!! We had lots of fun and the neighborhood was so safe and was in perfect distance of everywhere we needed to go. Definitely recommend this property and would totally come back!!

Awesome rooms

This was a beautiful property! Was very comfortable! The bunk bed rooms were so incredibly cool & awesome!! All the beds were comfy! We would definitely come back & stay at this home again!! There was one hiccup while we were there & they responded right away and took care of it for us! We had a wonderful trip! Thank you!!

Dreams do come true

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everything was perfect from start to finish. All of the homes amenities functioned like new and tge home was spotless. We have saved up for years to be able to take this trip. Having a beautiful home to stay in was the icing on the cake. We will def be returning. Thank you
