Great Vacation Stay!

The house was great! The decor was updated, it was clean and comfortably housed our 3 families. The amenities of the community were also fantastic! Would definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful house, we had a fabulous time here and everything was perfect. Great location , only 20 minutes from the Disney parks, and a stroll from the Oasis clubhouse. We were a group of 8 people aged from 11 years up to 80 and we had everything we required for all ages, the rooms were perfect and the layout of the bedrooms worked for us. We would definitely recommend this accommodation and David communicated with us from the start of our booking to the end.

Sun Gathering House

This home was perfect for our vacation! It is very nice, spacious, clean and very well equipped with everything you need. It is a very short walk to the community pool. The pool and spa in the backyard were perfect size and nice and warm. The area is very nice and just a short drive to Disney. Our host was very easy to deal with and got right back to me if I had a question. I would highly recommend this home and we look forward to going back again!

Disney Vacation

We visited with our family of 11. The home had everything we could have needed while on our stay. Grandkids loved the theater room and daily Mickey waffles. I personally loved the daily Keurig coffee and hot tub after a long Disney day. We have stayed in many rental properties over the years and David goes above and beyond as a property manager.

Beautiful House!

This house was amazing! There were 11 of us staying there, my husband and I, our 2 daughters and their husbands and 5 grandchildren. There was plenty of room for all of us. The house is exactly as the pictures show. The pool was the grandkids favorite thing. It's close to disney where we spent a couple of days. The Oasis Club in the gated community has a wonderful pool, lazy river, snack bars, and a Tiki bar along with restaurant. Highly recommend!

Great house!

My family of 10 loved this house. We had 3 couples and 4 kids. The kids loved the game room, bunk beds, pool, movie theatre and hot tub. The house is very big and has everything you would need on vacation. We went to Disney World 4 times and the drive to and from was about 20 + minutes depending on the time of day. We only went to Oasis one time. Its important to note that you cannot bring your own reusable water bottles or snacks to Oasis. We found this to be inconvenient and preferred to stay at home and use the pool at the property. David was incredible and always available to answer any questions and dealt with some minor issues very fast. I would definitely recommend this house.

Perfect and Peaceful

The property was perfect! It was very spacious and had everything g you can think of needing. We gathered as family and friends for the holidays. The kids loved the game room/systems. The adults lounged comfortably in the theatre room. I would definitely rent this property again. The owner was very responsive!

EXCELLENT FAMILY HOUSE IN A WONDERFUL LOCATION

Location is everything and this villa is just superb. My family of 12 ranging in ages from 3 to 67 had a most memorable time at Sun Gathering House. The neighbourhood was quiet, the property is very spacious with plenty of room to relax, has a fantastic games room, a good size pool and spa (enjoyed by all) and 2 washing machines and dryers. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and gadgets. The clean and modern décor was fabulous, had excellent air conditioning and more than the average number of towels were provided. The owners personal touch adds to the warm and welcoming environment: it is very much a family home. The villa is close enough to all the popular attractions, and very well placed in terms of local shops, malls and restaurants. 45 minutes to the airport, 30 minutes to Disney and Universal and less to the local shops and restaurants. Communication with the owner was excellent. He was pro-active in offering a significant amount of very useful pre-arrival advice and showed a nice touch by contacting us whilst on holiday to ensure we had no issues. We experienced no problems nor had any complaints. Overall, a delightful experience. The website description and photographs were extremely accurate, and all our expectations of the property were met or exceeded. A wonderful experience. Would most definitely stay again and would not hesitate to highly recommend to family and friends.

Fabulous property

Can't say enough in this review. Everything was perfect with the size of property, amenities, location, etc. Kitchen was very well stocked, property was geared for families from pak'n'plays to high chairs to floaties for pool. Can't say enough about David the owner either! An owner who cares about keeping his property in A1 condition and cares about the people staying in the home. Definitely recommend this home and would stay again should the opportunity arise.

Family time

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. Our family of 3, my sister in law and her family of 5 and our 2 nephews! For a total of 10 people! We each had our own space, the home was wonderfully appointed with all the things..extra towels..floats for the pool, even umbrellas for those rainy days at the park! I would definitely recommend this property! The owner David was in constant contact and a gracious host.

Great property

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at the sun gathering house. It’s the perfect fit for our family of 12. The house was very clean and the owner was extremely easy to work with and contact. It’s great that we can go to the Oasis club whenever we choose but also love having our own pool at the house. We will definitely be back again.

Stayed with family to celebrate my daughters first birthday. The home was beautiful. The owner and property manager were accessible and always communicated with me when I reached out. Minor issues were addressed in a timely manner. WiFi connection can be better but otherwise our stay was absolutely amazing.

Wonderful Home in Great Location

We had a great time in this wonderful home. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need and more. The kitchen was very well stocked. We also really appreciated all the safety touches for small children. We enjoyed the movie theatre in the evening, as well as the pool and hot tub. The house is located within an easy drive to Disney and Universal and is a very short easy walk from the resort community’s pool and lazy river area. The owner is very attentive and helpful too. Would be hard to find a better property!

An awesome stay at a wonderful home!

The house is amazing and David is friendly and pleasant. The home is immaculate and amply stocked right down to the pool toys. It is beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable, and my Grandchildren loved their Mickey and Star Wars bed rooms. The theater room and game room were loads of fun. And the pool…we loved the pool. You can see pride in ownership as soon as you walk through the door. When we return to Champions Gate, this home will definitely be our choice. It has something for everyone! Thank you for special memories.

Dream House

This house is a must rent if you want a wonderful vacation. It is located within a short walk to the clubhouse. It is loaded with everything you could need for your vacation, an organizers dream. The movie room was a fun place for the kids to unwind and we loved having the game room in the house as opposed to the garage. David was amazing to work with always very helpful and went out of his way to make sure our trip was as perfect as possible.

We Are Still Talking About This Fantastic Trip

My husband and I traveled with our two sets of twins (ages 4 and 10) and our daughter in college. All of us are still talking about this house and are looking forward to our next trip. There truly is something for everyone at this home. Our kids loved the video game area and would spend time here in the mornings. I enjoyed making breakfast (all of our other meals) in the kitchen. Afterward, the kids would swim all day. My husband still had to work during our trip so the desk in the master bedroom was a great space for him to tuck away from the noise of the kids and concentrate on work. In the evenings we would have diner as a family - the table was large enough for all seven of us. Then the kids would retreat to the game room and my husband and I would enjoy a swim. One of the highlights of the home, besides the pool and game room, was the theatre. My kids enjoyed this room along with popcorn, but my husband and I truly enjoyed this room because it felt like date night (which we have not done in a year). I've told my family about this home and they are excited to join us for the next trip. The house was clean, there were plenty of towels, a fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, and washing machine pellets, dryer sheets, shower gel, shampoo, floaties in the pool, I mean we were right at home with everything we needed. Instacart even delivers to the neighborhood so we didn't have to go to the grocery store. But if you need something, Publix is the closest store. The property is also not too far from Target, and Starbucks either. Also, I can tell you that there are many properties out there that are just as nice, but one thing you can't get anywhere is the owner, David. He takes very good care of the home, gave excellent instructions on accessing the home and all of the amenities. At times, due to heavy rain or wind, the Wi-Fi would go out and most of the time, David would know before we did and would reach out to us right away to give us an update on when the WiFi would be back on again or how to reset the modem. As an owner, you don't have control over the cable or internet but you can be proactive about how to handle the outage and David was on it! He cared about our visit even before we arrived and he checked in to make sure our stay was everything we thought it would be.

Amazing!!

My family travels to Florida at least 3x a year and we almost always rent a house. This was by far the best!! I almost don’t want to write how amazing it is because I want it to be available when we return again. David, the owner, was so invested in making sure everything was perfect. Andy, the property manager, was the same. Both so extremely pleasant and very easy to get ahold of. There are not enough words to say how great this place is. Very clean, the pool was warm, hot tub hot. Water pressure perfect! Kitchen full of appliances to use. Plenty to do for the kids. I could keep going. The pictures actually match the house. You won’t regret staying here!

Truly amazing vacation

Perfect family vacation. House was really nice, very clean, very comfortable and came with many extras. Pool was perfectly heated and clean as well. Owner was extremely friendly, helpful and responsive. The owner’s attention to detail such as extra towels, shampoo, soap, and garbage bags made it very easy to enjoy the vacation. We definitely plan to return.

One of My Favorite Places to Stay

What a great experience renting this property was. The home was clean, comfortable, up to date, and even included supplies like TP, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. Everything was clearly labeled which made it very easy to use TVs, movie room, spa, etc. The home had amazing proximity to all things Disney, as well as Discovery Cove and Universal Studios. The Champions Gate area offered convenient grocery shopping, restaurants, gas stations, etc and the community had a great pool, bar, and restaurant as well. The owner went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable and made himself available if we needed anything at all. I will rent from him again for sure!!

Absolutly the best vacation home we have stayed in

When we arrived and walked into the home. The children went wild. The photoes do not do this home justice the living room And kitchen seem much larger . The furnishings are modern and comfortable. The children actually played hide and seek and made up other games to play because the house was so roomy and spacious in lieu of being glued to the tv. The game room Is awsome with the beanbag chairs the kids could relax and could play side by side including my husband because of the 3rd monitor all side by side it was an awsome to see them play against each other online. The beds were all extremely comfortable and fresh. The rooms were very clean I inspected of course. The internet was fast and never a problem. The owner checked in with us twice via email to see how we were doing. We have never had that consideration at pther homes. One of the best evenings we had was watching a movie in the theatre room it was unplanned thr theatre chairs are very comfortable we had popcorn and really felt like we were at the AMC theatre and it was just for us We will book here again for our next stay at Disney Thank you for a wonderful home
