Entrance/Great Room

The adjacent great room is sure to become a favorite gathering space with its comfy sofa and chairs, oversized TV, and—the highlight of the room—a pool table for laid-back fun or friendly competition with your gang.

Kitchen & Dining
The elegant open-concept dining area has plenty of seating for a sit-down feast and is steps away from the fully equipped chef's kitchen. With its stainless-steel appliances, sleek gray cabinets with black and white accents, blue and white mini subway tiles, and white stone floor, this is a bright, modern spot to cook and eat. There's even a kitchen island with stool seating for morning coffees or evening cocktails.

Movie Theater
One of the showstoppers in this house is the private theater that doubles as a game room with classic arcade games (think Pac-Man and more). When it's show time, sink into the comfy seats and enjoy a flick on the big screen, complete with surround sound. All you need is the popcorn!
