Our stay at the Timmis’s Solterra Resort home was absolutely wonderful! We had 4 adult couples and two babies and the layout of the home worked great for us. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, which was so nice. The pool was beautiful, and the extra space beyond the pool was great for laying out and relaxing. The house really had everything we needed, and more! So many towels! It was very clean and we never saw a single bug inside the house for the entire week we were there. Louise responded to any and all questions we had immediately..we felt in great hands while we were there. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the Disney area.

Fantastic property

You will not be disappointed if you stay here. The house has everything you need and more. The extended pool area is a lovely sun trap with stunning views of the wildlife. Communication with the owners is great. I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Vacation Home!!

We enjoyed everything about this property, an excellent experience all around. The home is lovely, in great condition, no detail has been missed in creating a relaxing vacation retreat. We enjoy cooking and grilling outside, and had everything we needed. Communication with Louise is 5 star, she is a delightful host. We hope to return!

Last minute getaway to the sunshine state

We were lucky to book this wonderful home on a short notice getaway from the icy north in early March 2024. This was the second house we have rented in the Orlando area and it exceeded expectations! The pool and spa were fantastic as well as the extended pool area with a great view of nature. It made a good “home base” for our daily excursions to Blue Springs state park and beach trips to both coasts. Add putt putt, great restaurants and a first time escape room adventure (we saved the world- you’re welcome) made a great relaxing trip. Thank you Louise and family for sharing your rental property.

Relaxing Getaway

This property was exactly as advertised! Incredibly comfortable and spacious and everything a family needed to enjoy their stay! There were no surprises except for unexpected, gorgeous view behind the house/pool. The pool space with its fabulous view was our absolute favorite! Why book hotel when you can stay home

Everything was fantastic except the hard beds. When your tired it doesn't matter, but oh my back. The kids had a blast sitting at the pool and watching the 3 alligators in the pond. There was some noise at night from neighboring houses but it was not noisy enough to ruin their fun. Utilize walmart grocery delivery and u can save money and avoid overpriced Publix. The house is beautiful and has all the necessary items. Do bring your own condiments, toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels and they do tell you this:)

Great property

Very clean, great layout and great location to all of the theme parks. We traveled with extended family and had plenty of room for everyone. My kids loved the pool at the house and spent a fun day at the resort lazy river and water slides. Check in and check out were easy. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful property for a family!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is exactly as pictured in a convenient location. Our grandchildren loved the pool. The patio had plenty of comfortable furniture. The kitchen and dining area was very roomy and well supplied. The resort pool area was also very nice. The internet was good, our sons were able to do some work as well. The 2 living areas provided plenty of space for everyone and the abundance of TVs kept everyone happy. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nicely furnished. Louise was very quick to respond prior to our stay to answer questions and take care of details. We would love to stay there again!

If I could, I would stay here every time I go to FL. The house was exactly as described. There are 2 alligators in the back that peeked out on occasion. The space between the homes was great. Everything was just perfect!

Fantastic Vacation Spot

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable and the furnishings were all nice & new ! Nice size TVs in every single room which is fantastic if you’ve got a couple of kids . Communication was great, Louise answered any questions I had from start to finish. Although we had bad luck with a cold snap in Florida we still had a great time. Louise did her best as a favor cranking the pool heat up as high as it would go. That allowed us a couple of swimming days even though the temperatures are were the 50s and low 60s. We’ve stayed in many VRBO houses in Florida over the years. This was one of my favorites. I like the fact is it’s positioned on a corner with a little more space between homes. Most of the homes in these resort areas are stacked 20 feet apart from each other and noise can become a factor. This one has the additional space and as a bonus it has wetlands in the back. Sand cranes, otters, alligators etc. right out your back door.. It is much nicer than looking directly into someone else’s pool area ! I’ve already spoke to Louise and told her we may be back in October! Hopefully we have better weather.

Thanksgiving Week

The house was great, very clean and ready on time. The pool and spa were great, although the pool cleaner put a bunch of ice cold water in on the Wednesday when he came so that made the pool unusable for a handful of hours until it warmed up. My only complaint would be with the neighborhood itself, the traffic backed up to get into the neighborhood was pretty bad every time we came back from somewhere as the guards working the gate were very slow and caused a back up. Outside of that this was a great place and I would stay here again.

Beautiful house, outstanding host

We booked this beautiful house for a week and loved everything about it. The pool was used every day and the view from it is awesome. The resort pool was nice but we only went there once as it got a tad crowded. The location is 20-40 minutes from everything we wanted to do. Our host Louise was very responsive, generous and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for more!

Great Spacious Home for Large Group

The house was great for our large family get away. Very spacious and beautifully decorated. Loved the pool area with the lake view. We were even able to see a couple of small gators!! The only issue was trash pick up, but this is not in control of the host. Louise is great with communication, even just checking to make sure everything was going well. Loved it and will definitely put it on the list if/when we return to the area.

Awesome stay!

Louise is great at responding if anything and coordinating with property manager too before we could get to him James! James was attentive too, looking at things we mentioned. House can be called home for your vacation time as it’s bright, warm and cozy. Beds are so comfortable hard to find at vacation rentals. Swimming Pool was so clean, my group enjoyed all day and night whenever we were home. Swimming pool colorful lights gives such great effect at night. Community and community services are just enough to get break from home pool. Backend of swimming pool has great view of pond where we got to spot an alligator too. Overall worth!

A Beautifully Decorated And Large House In

We loved this house. It is a. beautifully decorated. It is definitely the one we would go back to. It’s in a good location. Our family of 13 had a great time. Everything that listed was available. If you wanted to go to the beach, there are no beach chairs but they can be rented at Cocoa Beach. Obviously we had an awesome time. The oven was not working. The top burners worked fine. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.😊❤️

A Dream!

We absolutely loved our stay in this home. The house is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. For the week we stayed there, it felt like a home. And the pool was great too, we definitely took advantage of it. Can't forget to also mention our wonderful hosts who were very attentive and responsive whenever we had a question. Amazing house !

The house was amazing ! Everything was super clean and exactly how the pictures showed. We loved the location of the house in back of the pond . It came with everything we needed to cook and more ! The jacuzzi was amazing at night . Only One thing I would recommend is blackout curtains over all the bedroom windows . The days we wanted to sleep in the kids were up early Other then that the house is so perfect ! Thank you for sharing your lovely vacation home with us !

Perfect getaway

We have visited this area many times but this was probably the most relaxing and pleasurable trip!!! The house is PERFECT, everything you need right at your fingertips!! Enough room for a large family to have space yet still be together. The pool lights were a hit with the kids and they swam all day and night. The pond out back provided scenery and the sunsets were mesmerizing!! The community area was great as well. Enough space to keep your distance and enjoy ourselves safely. Louise responded to messages quickly and even checked on us during our stay. We will absolutely come back to this home!!
