Bottom line- the entire place has been run down since the last time we stayed two years ago. We had fun being together there was 25 of us, but. There was garbage in our driveway when we pulled up- garbage in the pool- sticky walls- food on the floor and under the couch- sticky couch- karaoke didn’t work, bowling alley only worked one day- pool heat kept turning off- backs broken off the recliners in the movie theater- one peeling gross tiny pan- cheese shredder with old cheese still all over it- supports broken off the chairs at the bar- one wash rag, and hand towel for kitchen- dryer broken- no hot water for two days- broken dirty cleaning glove in the toaster- toe nail clippings in the hot tub- broken light switches- oh paid extra for the grill that only half of it worked and no utensils to use it. Even the ping pong balls were beat up and didn’t work! Just not what we purchased at all. The customer service was good, but the house not worth it. The neighborhood was dirty garbage everywhere and the landscaping beat up. We had a great time two years prior but it seems like they are not putting any money back into the house at all.
