We absolutely loved our stay! From arrival to departure, parking and gaining access into this property was simple and straightforward. The place was clean and inviting and a great place to relax after a busy day at the parks. We also loved the convenient location and the cleanliness of the property. The walking paths around the property were safe and easy to access. We also enjoyed the pool and the lazy river. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for the memories.

Great Value for Location

We loved our stay and would return! The location is ideal and conveniently situated near the main entrance and within walking distance to the main pool. We especially appreciated the smaller community pool right outside our front door, which was a perfect alternative on days when the main pool was overcrowded.The unit is located on the 1st floor with a lovely view of the pond, making it a quiet & relaxing spot to enjoy morning coffee on the patio. The unit does show some minor cosmetic wear, such as a small tear in the couch, but nothing that affected our comfort or enjoyment. One standout feature was the thoughtful inclusion of five days’ worth of laundry detergent, dishwasher liquid, and trash bags. This small detail made a big difference. The unit was stocked with a great selection of cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes, and cups, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. It came with 1 roll of paper towels and 1 extra roll of toilet paper for the entire unit. Bath towels were provided based on the number of guests in the reservation, but pool towels were not included. Be sure to pack your own. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. The rental company checked in via text several times to ensure we had everything we needed, which was appreciated. Security at the property was also reliable and gave us peace of mind.This was a clean, well-equipped unit, and I would gladly rent from Wonder Vacation Homes again in the future.

Disappointing Stay

Upon arrival, there was a very moldy/mildewy smell. The fan had clearly not been circulating in the air conditioning unit. Directions were to not let it run or we would be charged. I contacted the owner and they did respond and said they’d put an order in for it to be checked. But through the stay, the smell was always present. It did get a bit less as the time went on.If you choose this location, take pictures of EVERYTHING upon arrival. Report any damages, stains, etc. so that you aren’t held accountable for damages that aren’t yours. We like this resort. We have stayed in a different unit. We would stay there again. We wouldjust not stay through this owner again. The customer service was very much lacking.

Very clean

The home was very clean. Property management needs to work on their communication; I was completely inundated with texts (multiple times a day) the week prior to my arrival as well as the day of and right before leaving the property. This occurred even after confirming receipt of items, confirming arrival, confirming check out. Not a deal breaker, but very annoying and lacks professionalism. The value we got for the price we paid was outstanding. The water park was a hit (note you cannot bring any food or drink in except water) - my tweens and teen really enjoyed. No beach towels on site so plan to bring the bath towels they provide or pack your own. The home was very clean and looked like the pics. Not a criticism, but a FYI - you’ll definitely need to buy paper products such as paper towels (we had none) and toilet paper (we had 2 roles for 5 people over 6 days and we weren’t there much). This is explained in the rental agreement but wanted to highlight. You’ll also need to purchase toiletries including loofas as there is very minimal shampoo/conditioner/soap and no wash cloths. I loved having a few laundry pods, but wish there was clorox wipes or something to clean up from snacks/restaurant left overs. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, dishes and silverware, but without a few spices on hand, it doesn’t make sense to cook.Location was perfect for going to Disney and Universal and there was a grocery store near by.

Overall very good stay

We loved the location and had a really good stay. I would definitely return.The unit is showing some wear with wallpaper peeling off, tears in the couch, etc. The kitchen was great and well equipped.Overall it seemed very clean, but we did find a lot of hair stuck to the tile walls in the master shower.

Good value at storey resort

We had a smooth checkin. The hosts are very communicative. We have stayed in other units on the resort and this one is a good value. Only thing I would request is that ceiling fans be put in bedrooms as they get warm at night, even with the cooler temps at night.

Overall stay was really good. The property was just as described. Leading up to the trip was a pain, I believe I received about 15 emails and property owner needed a picture of myself and ID I believe 3 times, not sure what was going on. Overall a nice place to stay and would recommend it, they just need to work on communicating leading up to stay and maybe Storey Lake could streamline the check in process.

Great Stay!

My wife and I brought our daughters to the area for a few days at Disney. Everything about the place and location were great. The pools are a ton of fun and clean. We had a small issue with our bathroom but the property manager was responsive and quickly got it repaired. We drove in so we packed several key provisions. I would encourage any who stay to do the same but there are several stores nearby from Target to Publix. We would stay there again in a heart beat.

Nice stay

The suite and location were very nice. We were dissatisfied with a few items: No wash cloths Only 1 garbage bag Only 1 dishwasher tablet Only 1 laundry detergent 1 roll of toilet paper No coffee filters No salt and pepper The knives were so dull that instead of slicing they basically shredded the item I was attempting to prepare. For the price paid, I would expect some basic supplies for a weeks stay.

Good option for staying off property

While we typically stay on Disney property, occasionally we will rent elsewhere. We have stayed in this community before, because we like this location, although this was our first time in a condo there. The kitchen was well-stocked and the manager was responsive to our minor issue, which was promptly repaired. A few notes: the trash vehicle is LOUD, we were glad we brought sound machines. The curtains in both bedrooms are sheer and do not keep out light well and so we had a hard time sleeping (the secondary bedroom has the corridor lights shining in all night, the master has the sun rising right into it). As they state upfront, the deposit will pretty much take the whole 14 days after checkout to be returned. Just wanted other renters to be prepared - I would NOT use a debit card. Overall, it was a nice unit and we have no complaints.

Great time near Disney

Wonderful property only 15 minutes from Disney. The Nemo murals made it feel like we were in an Art of Animation suite, with more room. Requires lots of tech savvy and extra online steps to get ready to use the property, which was a hassle. Also, those who run the property are VERY cheap - only two rolls of TP and one small roll of paper towels for 5 people for 6 days. No staples in the kitchen (bring salt, pepper, foil, etc. for any cooking). One pack of laundry detergent for washing items on check-out day, so bring your own if you plan to do clothes. Publix is close by. But, the condo itself is very nice. Would definitely stay here again.
