One of the home's biggest highlights is the private north-facing screened pool and spa. Instead of planning every minute of your vacation away from the house, your family can enjoy the flexibility of having a private place to swim and relax whenever you want.

The adjoining private spa provides another place to relax beside the pool. Please note that the spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa is heated to the same temperature as the swimming pool.
