This property was amazing! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the pool was refreshing. Everything was clean and ready to go when we arrived. Great communication from the owner! Would 100% stay again the next time we are in the Orlando area.

Volleyball Tournament with some Relaxing

Great home. Clean, fully stocked, nice pool area and several TV options in all rooms and patio. Nice that all bedrooms had their own bathroom either in hall or en-suite. Would recommend to any one looking for a spot close to WDW area. Will say unrelated to house but traffic was not pleasant the few days up and back to the convention center so would say allow lots of extra time.

Great property

We really enjoyed our stay at the property, with our family 3 small kids. It was clean, and it is located in a gates community with playgrounds great for kids, and you have a nice green area behind the house, which makes it feel less crowded. Also the kitchen is very Well stocked, making it easy for us to cook every meal at the house, which was important to us, and the trash was picked up every day at the front door, again nice with a big family cooking meals. If we return i would look to stay here again.

Excellent property!!!!House was immaculate and had everything you would need to enjoy your stay. Tons of dishes, silverware and every utensil you could think of. Lots of pots and pans, cookie sheets, bread pans, 9 x 13’s, electric griddle and fry pan, ninja blender and so much more. We didn’t cook much but i wish we would have had time too. Nice furniture and huge tv’s to watch movies at night. All rooms well appointed. Pool area is spacious and was so relaxing to sit around. Excellent communication from owner. He provided us with everything we needed to know. Very, very easy drive to Disney property. Can’t say enough good things about this property and owner. We will definitely stay again!

Relaxing and fun!

This home is well cared for with nice finishes, furnishings and appliances! The Fells have thought of everything needed to allow for a great home, away from home experience! They are incredibly responsive at answering any questions as well which was nice. We would absolutely stay at this property again!

Awesome stay

Beautiful property,amenities that were in the property itself were a huge asset to our stay, Miss loved the pool,game room, and themed bedrooms. Close proximity to all Disney properties huge plus. Owners were great to communicate with. The main pool with water slides and splash pad were a huge hit as well. Overall great stay and would recommend to anyone who is visiting Orlando/Kissimmee area

We had an amazing time at Marty’s home! The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Marty was quick to answer any questions we had both before we arrived and during our stay. I would highly recommend this home to family and friends and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a great vacation.

We had the pool heated which made it very enjoyable to spend hours in it. The house has many extras and my almost 60 year old son loved the arcade game machine. My grand daughter called the room in the garage a man cave. Would love to go there again.

Best stay we have had

This house is absolutely amazing. Every room has its own bathroom, basically soundproof game room. Every room is a must have. Down to the dishes, grill, towels, coolers, strollers. They have thought of everything you would need and they over provide. We will absolutely stay here again if it is available for our annual trip next year.

Great home!

This was one of our favorite rentals. Check-in was easy. The house was very clean. The pool and spa were fantastic. We loved the green space behind the property with a walking path. It was a nice break from the busyness of the Disney parks. Martin was super responsive to any of our questions throughout our stay. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We would stay here again.

Vacation on vacation

We had an amazing time at the location. The house was amazing minus a few spots that the house cleaning company missed. The house alone was the vacation, but the water park was an extra vacation. The homeowner took care of our every needs, and was quite attentive to our last second changes. The kids are already planning the next trip. If the dates are open we will definitely be staying here again.

We have had an amazing holiday staying in this beautiful villa, very much due to how lovely the villa was. Any questions, both prior to arrival and during our stay, were swiftly answered by Martin, especially on arrival day.The villa itself was very clean (a priority for us when looking for a villa) and beautifully decorated. It very much felt like a home from home with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The small kitchen care package left was appreciated for the first night. The properly converted games room was a great hit with our older kids and a wonderful place for them to chill out after a busy day. Outside the pool and seating area were great and not as overlooked as we thought it might be.We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone and would definitely book again next time we are in Florida.

Awesome House & Location!

We stayed at this beautiful home for Christmas and it was a lovely week. Group of 8 people with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Great location just minutes to Disney. Pool and hot tub were awesome and the space in the backyard behind the pool between neighbors is great. Neighborhood pool with slides is right on the same street as house so very convenient. Well equipped kitchen for cooking dinners every night. We all loved the Air hockey table! Home owner quick to respond. Thank you so much for sharing your home, would stay again without question.

We did a family vacation june 02 for a week. Attention to detail was above any other home we stayed at in Winsor Hills. All new comfy furniture. The backyard was private, quiet and absolutely beautiful. The owner responded quickly and very easy to talk too. Any issues taken care of immediately. We truely cannit say enough good about this place. We have been staying in Winsor for years and tjis place raises the bar in every aspect. We will be checking the availability of this place first definitely will be back. I

Good luck getting into this place. It’s going to become a top ten desirable location for everyone’s next Windsor Hills trip. Great communication. Easy checkin and check out. All info we needed was available in this listing or the welcome packet. You’ll never convince your family and friends that the game room was a garage. It’s NEXT LEVEL NICE! **I want to stress that Martin and Donna have thought of everything in this home!** We’ve stayed in Windsor hills for 8yrs. This one is the BEST!

Perfect Home for a Disney Family Vacation

Our family of 5 adults and 2 children had the most wonderful time vacationing in this beautiful home. It was exactly as pictured but was way more than we expected and with the abundance of extra towels, bedding, dishes and cookware it was perfect! We felt very safe and secure in the beautifully kept gated community of Windsor Hills which has a huge Walmart just a couple of minutes away. Since the Disney parks are so close we quite often would go to the parks in the morning and head back to the house for a swim and a break (before 3:30 to miss the rush hour traffic) and head back to the park for the evening. Some of our best times were actually spent back at the house lounging by the pool, swimming, soaking in the hot tub, playing games and puzzles, making a meal or watching a movie on one of the huge TV's! There is a big green space behind this house so for us it seemed like an oasis by the pool after being around so many people at the park. Most houses are backed onto another house. We found Marty to be so quick and easy to communicate with and was so accommodating. We definitely would love to come back to this home again.

The photos of the house don’t do it justice. This house is perfect for families. Each bedroom with its own bathroom and great family spaces to chill. Windsor Hills is one of the best gated communities for Disney. Marty was brilliant at communicating and we met him on arrival. A great property we would def return to x

Would definitely recommend

This was a beautiful house for our family trip. I would highly recommend this property. We had 6 adults and 4 kids and honestly it was the perfect house for us. We all had our own privacy in our bedrooms which all have their own bathrooms. The house had nice tall ceilings which I loved. It was very clean and welcoming. The pool and patio were a nice place to hang out. The lights over the pool at night was perfect. Other properties in the area didn’t seem to be lit up like that. It was cozy. Considering it’s July in Florida I assumed the pool would be really warm but it wasn’t. It was refreshing. The sun is on the pool all day and the tables are in the shade which is nice for those who want shade. The indoor game room which was a hit for everyone. We had an air hockey tournament one night with everyone. The young kids loved the train table and dolls. The air conditioner in the game room was finicky and a little tricky to figure out but once we got it working it was good. The thermostat/air conditioner in the house is set to auto changing of temps but you can adjust by a few degrees. Garbage comes every day which is nice to get it out of the house. Overall, I really have no complaints. I’ve only been gone a day and I already miss it and wish I was back night swimming tonight. :) happy vacationing!
