West Stonebridge est un petit développement d'environ 60 maisons. Ceci est une villa de 4 chambres à coucher, 3 salles de bains située à proximité des épiceries / restaurants et à seulement 15 minutes des attractions de Disney. Il y a 2 chambres principales avec salle de bain et toute la maison est lumineuse, aérée et agréablement décorée. La chambre principale a un lit king size, un grand placard double, une télévision 20 ", des portes-fenêtres donnant sur la piscine et une salle de bain avec baignoire en angle, cabine de douche séparée, double vasque, WC et porte donnant sur la piscine. La chambre 2 a un grand lit, un placard double et une salle de bain avec douche, lavabo simple et WC. Les chambres 3 et 4 ont des lits jumeaux et un placard double et une chambre a une télévision 14 ". Salle de bains familiale avec bain / douche, lavabo simple et WC. Le salon comprend deux canapés 3 places, une télévision 24 pouces, un lecteur DVD et des portes-fenêtres donnant sur la piscine. Coin repas peut accueillir 6 personnes. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec four électrique / plaque de cuisson, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, évier double avec évacuation et grand réfrigérateur / congélateur américain. Buanderie séparée avec laveuse et sécheuse. Petit coin repas 4. La piscine et le spa sont entièrement entourés de haies denses pour une plus grande intimité. Le large patio possède une table pouvant accueillir 4 et 2 chaises longues avec repose-pieds. Il y a un garage double ainsi qu'un parking dans la rue pour 2 voitures. WIFI gratuit et appels longue distance.

Perfection!

One word to describe our experience: Perfect! The location, the house, its furnishings and provisions were all beyond our expectations. This is a solid house that is beautifully decorated. It is extremely functionable for families of all ages. It truly is a retreat located in a lovely community off of US 27 in Davenport, FL. All of the conveniences of home are situated close by and are easily accessible. We have no complaints other than we want to return sooner than later. Thank you!

Great spacious house with pool and jacuzzi. Very clean and up to date. Could have used a few more cooking utensils, mixing bowls, etc. but what was supplied was adequate. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Florida 6 week stay

We loved the pool and jacuzzi and the neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. We stayed 6 weeks. Our stay would be rated perfect in every way except that the carpets were dirty and stained. We reported this to them on the first day. This was not a deal breaker. We had telephone communication with the management company and it was very good. However, the deal breaker regarding the management company was that twice during our stay, the cleaning company came without notice and cleaned the house while we were away. They touched and moved our personal belongings. The 2nd time we had our small granddaughter with us and we no longer felt safe but we had only 4 days left . They were not supposed to enter the home and stated it was an error but it was a violation of our privacy.

Overall great stay.

The house was perfect size for 5 of us. Upon arrival the home was filled with flies everywhere and many dead ones on the floor and on the carpet, the main master bedroom the comforter had a huge hole in it with cotton coming out every time you moved so hopefully after this review it can be replaced. Overall location for theme parks not so great as there was so much traffic even when leaving very early in the morning and coming back from parks was up to 45 to 50 min to get back to the house. Staying in the buena vista area would be much closer. But the home was great. Also the pool was very dirty upon arrival. Lots and lots of hair and bugs. We paid for the pool to be heated it was not even after calling property management so that was very disappointing because after all it was more money and we paid for it and didn’t get it.

Very nice place, but…

My large family and I filled the house with laughter and games for a week. It was a lovely stay, except the kitchen could use some TLC. Pots and pans are pretty worn down and warped so that they don’t sit flat on the stove. There are no pot holders or mixing bowls. That really made cooking family dinners difficult. The house is very nice, spacious, light, and well appointed. It is convenient to many different activities and parks. Give the kitchen some attention and we would come back!

We enjoyed our stay in this house. The drive to the theme parks was very close. Our only issue with the property is that when we arrived one of the panels on the pool screen was hanging down and not fixed during our stay. But overall a great place to stay!

Socially Distanced Getaway

My family had a wonderful time at this property. The well-appointed kitchen allowed for a week of home cooking! The pool and hot tub were warm and clean, providing hours of entertainment. The patio is well shaded for those 90 degree days of central Florida. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. This house definitely met my expectations!

Enjoyed our stay

This was a great home for our large family plus dog! We had some issues with the internet, and eagle management was very quick to be sure it was fixed, which was highly appreciated!! The neighborhood was great for walking and we enjoyed the small playground. We even ended up extending our stay for a week! The pool heating was kind of hit or miss. And the one down side is that most things are an extra fee, instead of just all being included to make it a stocked home (ex: a pack and play, high chair, grill, safe...) all is there for an extra fee. That made it more difficult for traveling as we had to be sure we had all those big bulky items. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and would certainly consider staying again!!

My stay lasted 10 days. The house itself was very clean and well-stocked in terms of cookware, dishes, appliances, comfortable furniture and linens. I paid extra for pool/hot tub heat which never worked despite a maintenance call and having 4 days at 70 degrees so I would discourage anyone from purchasing it. The pool was very clean but useless. I felt secure in the house due to the convenient keypad entry but later discovered that there was no lock on the screen door to the pool area. Mid-stay, I was relaxing in the living room to find an unannounced person entering the patio to clean the pool, with no mask during Covid times. His truck was unlabeled and he did not have any credentials so seeing a stranger just show up was really unnerving. If this was included in the welcome docs, it would have been fine but it wasn't. Then, on the day before trash day, I walked outside to bring it to the curb, only to find that there was a person, again unmasked, going between our cars to do that. Again, if that had been outlined in the welcome docs, it would have been fine, but I expected privacy. The pool was the biggest draw in booking the house so though, it was comfortable inside, I would not rent again.

Great stay

The home was great! Easy to find, clean and welcoming. Had everything we needed for a week stay. Beds were comfortable. Close to Orlando's attractions. Quiet neighborhood. The only negative was that it was extra costs to heat the pool. We couldn't enjoy the hot jacuzzi because it can't be heated unless you also heat the pool. Also, we had to buy extra toilet paper because only 1 roll per bathroom was provided. That was a little weird, we just had to make an extra trip to the store. Overall, a great vacation.

Great vacation

The pictures don’t do it justice. Amazing home close to all essentials. Nice quiet neighborhood. My family enjoyed it very much. I would recommend this home to anyone wanting to get away in Florida. The pool was a nice touch, the grandkids loved it. Less than an hour to several nice beaches. Close enough to all the big attractions but yet still in a small neighborhood so you can have a quiet evening at home.

The house and neighbor were very nice, I enjoyed walking my dog every day. I don’t enjoy the fact that the living, kitchen area were very echoey when trying to watch tv at night. The owners should put rugs under the tables and maybe mor pictures on the walls to absorb the noise. Otherwise is was nice.

The home is very clean and well cared for. The management company was very helpful, responsive and professional. The only downside (if I had to find one) is the kitchen. It really is not stocked well. It could really use a good set of cookware and some dish towels/cloths. But all in all one of the best homes I have stayed in. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Nice property

This is a nice large property with a pool and a large garage. The pool takes a while to warm up in winter and its a shame the owner didn't make use of the garage space. I have also never stayed in a property that charges the tenants to use the safe! Location is great for parks and neighborhood is also quiet and secluded which is great for kids. Overall a great property.

Home was very nice

Nice house. Home is close to restaurants and grocery stores. There were a few minor repairs needed (faucet and lighting) and Richard from Orlando Villa Rentals was prompt in fixing. Everyone we spoke to in the office were professional and polite.

Closer to Disney

It is a bit far from Universal, but overall it was pretty clean and in a nice neighborhood. I would suggest replacing the carpet in the bedrooms with hardwood, as I dislike carpet in general, but it worked perfectly for what I wanted it for.
