Dieses Ferienhaus hat 5 Schlafzimmer und bietet dir einen kostenlosen WLAN-Internetzugang sowie einen DVD-Player. Freu dich auf einen Privatpool sowie eine Küche mit einem Kühlschrank und einem Ofen, in der du dir auf Wunsch leckere Mahlzeiten zubereiten kannst. Die Reinigung erfolgt nur an bestimmten Tagen.

The home worked great for what we needed- We were a groups of cheer parents in for uca nationals. the en suite bathrooms were so nice for privacy and the location was so convenient to espn and the all star resorts- with a Walmart in between! We were unable to really take advantage of the outdoor amenities due to the cooler temps but everything looked inviting:). We had a couple of minor maintenance issues (smoke alarm battery/dryer vent) but the repairs were made very timely! The host was quick to respond to all questions and convenes!

This overall was a fantastic stay. The home is really well represented by the photos on the listing. The games room was a fantastic space. The Xbox was a huge hit with some good games. Air hockey was also fab but the table was a little damaged & could do with being replaced but still worked fine. The rooms had great theming and, again, really well represented on the photos.The pool was very clean and the cleaning team did attend while we stayed. The sun loungers by the pool are very worn and not particularly comfortable & I think could do with being renewed. Also 3 for a home of this size, felt a bit short however again this was photographed accurately so can’t expect more but it might be a good idea to supply more. There is plenty of areas to eat & the living space was comfortable & large enough for us (5 adults and 2 children)We did have an issue with the air con not working on the 1st floor on our arrival, I used the contact details provided to me through Vrbo and the check in info but I couldn’t get through, I tried on all of our phones but it would not accept the number, even on WhatsApp (we have UK phones). I managed to contact through Vrbo & an engineer was swiftly arranged and it was fixed that afternoon.The community feels very secure and security were great. The community pool/ water park was also excellent and my kids enjoyed it throughly on our ‘rest days’Overall we loved this stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

We had a fabulous stay at this property. The games room is amazing and a great place to keep you entertained after the parks during the afternoon thunderstorms (we came in August). The pool was great as well and we had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable and it was spotlessly clean. We love Windsor Hills as well due to its proximity to Disney, Wal Mart and everything on the 192.

Awesome Family Home!!!

Beautiful home for families. From the different variety of games and themed rooms for the kids. Private pool is a big plus and only a few minutes from Disney. Very clean and nicely decorated.

Wonderful for families

We stayed here in order to visit Disney and universal parks. House was wonderful. Plenty of space for our 9, 7, and 5 year old to run around. They swam in the pool every night and loved the video games. We didn’t even make it to the larger pool on property. This was very close to Disney, about a 15 minute drive. And about 35-40 minutes from universal in the mornings. Traffic was very heavy for a stretch coming back at night, sometimes added 20-30 minutes depending on timing. Walmart was 7 minute drive away for grocery shopping. The boys loved all the fun decor in the bedrooms and game room. We plan to come back in another 5 years or so when the kids are older and I would strongly consider staying here again.

Spectacular Home, Disappointing Management

I’ll start by saying The home itself was absolutely fantastic. My family and I would stay in the home again. Kudos to the Real Estate Investor who purchased the property and had it staged so well. However, There were disappointing aspects in regard to management. We opted to pay extra to have the hot tub and pool heated for our stay (something that, realistically, should be included in the stay for pure hospitality purposes). The first two days of our stay the heat was not on and we were unable to enjoy the hot tub. Property management delayed until the third day of our stay to fix the issue. I understand the mindfulness for energy conservation and utility cost, but my suggestion is to factor the additional cost into your rental fee and just keep it heated to prevent problems like this in the future. The cheapness in regard to quality of the items such as toilet paper, paper towels, and the lack of hand soap at all the sinks in the home was also underwhelming. The quantity of the items was adequate for the duration of our stay, and we were not understocked or overstocked for those items. They day of check out staff arrived 45 mins prior to an already early check out. Now I am having issues receiving the damage deposit (which they said the issued a full return of deposit a week ago-our stay was two weeks ago). Not sure if the issue is on their end or my banks but I have not yet received the Trace ID number to provide my bank to resolve this issue from property management.

Beyond my expectations!

It was awesome, the house is beautiful, great area for kids to enjoy and also for the adults. If something was needed the response time was outstanding. Very pleased, my family enjoy it and definitely we will look back to return to this amazing place. Community and Security is good, it makes you feel safe. And more important you are so close to all parks, and that’s is priceless. Thanks a lot! Beyond my expectations!

Perfect location for a disney holiday

Can not fault the villa at all. Everything was perfect and we had everything we needed. When we did need to contact property manager our queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Pool was perfect for relaxing after time at the parks. All the children loved the games room and the available games were very varied. Everyone found the beds comfy and we were grateful for the walk in wardrobe space. The location of Windsor Hills was ideal for visiting all the disney parks.

Not as rosy as advertised

The good: large house, cleanliness fine, good location for Disney and other parks The bad: 1) small and large bugs upstairs and downstairs - property manager needs to spray more often 2) a/c upstairs did not work well- very hot in upstairs bedrooms 3) remote confusion- many remotes, many gadgets, not clearly marked 4) nearly impossible to reach Florida Vacation Homes to report problems and find solutions- suggest changing management companies to one that is more available to address guest needs 5) garbage disposal not adequate for weeklong stay

A magical stay near a magical park!

From the first click, Keith and his team have been amazing and extremely attentive to our reservation and needs. Our stay was fantastic. The home did not disappoint. The kids loved the game room and pool area. The adults loved the party feel of the home. Very comfortable and way needed after a full day in the parks. Overall - great time. We would easily stay there again.

Everything you need, and then some.

What an enjoyable trip to Orlando. My family (4) and our friends (family of 4) selected to stay off-property and enjoy some additional space. I am SO GLAD we did. This property has everything you need for the adults AND the kids. The adults had very spacious bedrooms to relax and sleep peacefully. The TWO master suites are fantastic and made deciding who sleeps where a very nice process. The kids rooms were great, with enough space for all four, including an extra room for the older kid. The themes of the room are fun and enjoyable by kids of all ages. The amenities are INCREDIBLE. For the adults, the hot tub was an amazing reset at the end of a long day in the park. Whew!!! The furniture and sitting areas are all very comfortable and were a nice place to socialize together. The kids had the pool and the game room. The non-park days were just as fun as the in-park days, they had a GREAT time in the pool and in the game room. There was an abundance of activities and entertainment for the kids, we didn't even get a chance to make it to the water park or resort game room. THE HOUSE HAS IT ALL. The host is very gracious and is so detailed in their communications, there is nothing left to figure out on your own. This is my ideal VRBO rental and I look forward to coming back some day.

Our Favorite

This was our third time renting a home in Windsor Hills, and this house was definitely our favorite. The home looked exactly like the pictures. It was extremely well equipped, and we greatly appreciated the attention to details throughout. Any communication with Keith was quickly responded to, and any issue (no matter how small) was quickly addressed. Our only complaint was regarding the cleanliness of the floors/rugs, but all-in-all, we were absolutely thrilled with our stay.
