Great place to stay

Our family of 6 and grandparents enjoyed our stay at this house. It had a perfect amount of space to hang out together and enough space to stay comfortably. The kids loved the pool and game room. The house included some toiletries and paper products which was a nice touch since we arrived late the first night and just wanted to rest by the pool. Emails were quickly returned leading up to our trip and we had no issues during our stay We would stay here again.

Excellent Communication and Resort Amenities

This is a beautiful home filled with amenities. The pool, hot tub, and game room were enjoyed by all. The fact that this property also has access to a resort is an added bonus. Best of all, the host is a wonderful communicator and was quick to respond to all of our needs. Thank you, Ron, for an enjoyable stay! We hope to return soon.

Cleanliness was Sub-Par!

The drawback was the lack of cleanliness. Although to the necked eye it appeared spotless but some of the pots and pans still had food residue although they had been through the dishwasher. There was only one washcloth & hand towel for each bedroom; the first night, only one person per room could shower. Almost all the tubs, showers, and sinks had hair in them. I swept up used Q-tips under the oven in the kitchen. The towels need replacing; most of the white towels were a dingy shade of cream. The lanai furniture needed cleaning; the tables were filthy with pollen, and the deck floor was scattered with leaves. Ultimately, we had to go to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies before we could shower and use the house fully. Overall, the house was very comfortable. Suggestion: a professional cleaning service. I believe it reasonable to refund the cleaning fee.

Wonderful Stay

We loved our stay at this home. It was very easy communication with the property manager, always accessible and accommodating to updates of guests. I like that they weren’t insanely strict about that. We’ve stayed at other properties in Windsor Hills and some were very once you sign the paperwork, no changes. AC is a big thing for me in Florida and they were reasonable with allowing the temperature to be at 71, thankfully. The game room was great for the kids and even adults. We didn’t use the Xbox, mainly due to user error, but David and Ronald were very open to help if we did want to use it. My kids lived in the pool and loved it. The water park area of neighborhood was maybe a 5-10 minute walk from the home. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed and had a drip and pod coffee maker. Living room was comfortable to accommodate our family. They also had some pods they left for us as well as base starter kit of home (toilet paper, paper towel, trash bag, shampoo, etc), which is great if you hadn’t packed it or had chance to go to store yet. My only suggestion is the beds probably need an upgrade, but I still slept fine and it was definitely not a deterrent from staying there again. Our family would definitely stay there again and we made so many memories there! Thanks for having us!

A dream property for a great vacation!

The house was beautiful and looks just as the pictures show! The neighborhood was also perfect and beautiful. Ronald was fantastic leading up to the trip as well as during the duration of the trip. He was very responsive with any emails/texts sent. We would definitely stay at this property again!

House was very nice and spacious. The pool and spa were clean and had a fence to keep kids safe from getting in. Location to DisneyWorld was ideal and Walmart was 5 minutes or less to get to for groceries. Would stay here again 100%.

Fantastic house!

We have stayed in Windsor Hills three other times but this may have been our best experience. The pool and game room were a huge hit, house was very clean, tons of space and proximity to the parks can’t be beat. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean and affordable

If you’re looking for a clean place to stay with a nice outdoor space, this is a great house. The beds were comfortable, it was wonderful having a full bathroom for each bedroom and there were plenty of towels and wash cloths , which isn’t always the case! Ron and David quickly responded to questions and were professional and friendly. Two things to consider: the thermostat inside the house is set to not go below 71° and while the hot tub gets warmer over time after you turn it on, it never reached the temperature of most hot tubs.

Highly recommend

This property was just like the pictures. It was clean, cozy and spacious. The owners were very easy to work with. We stayed while attending Disney and it was only a short drive to the parks each day. There is a Wal Mart, Target and multiple restaurants less than five minutes. Windsor Hills is a very nice, gated community. I would highly recommend.

This property was perfect! Our family really needed this getaway and everyone had their own space! This price was very reasonable, it was in close proximity to EVERYTHING, it was clean and spacious, and the property owners/managers thoroughly communicated throughout the entire process! Family vacation

We stayed at Ron's home for our family vacation to celebrate two milestone birthdays. It was our immediate family of 7 adults and our 2 grandchildren ages 2 & 4. There was plenty of room and the layout of the house was perfect for us. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the game room. There was a big playground in walking distance from the home which was perfect. We also enjoyed the pool/waterpark at the club house. We went to Magic Kingdon and Disney Springs which were not that far of a drive. Ron responded very quickly with any questions we had. He was a great host! Family trip to Disney

This is a great property to stay in with a family. Very clean, great owners and lots to do at the property. We came to FL for a family trip to Disney and this property is close and easy access to the expressway to get to all the parks. It takes approximately 10 mins from the house to the parks. Our family had a great time and couldn't ask for anything more!

Perfect Vacation Home

This was the perfect vacation home! Our family of 8 vacationed at this incredibly beautiful home for 4 amazing days. This home was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. This home was immaculately cleaned. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the game room. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and the water slides and park areas for the children were an awesome bonus. The owner was very easy to communicate with and was an absolute pleasure. Don’t hesitate, this home is a must stay. It is the perfect vacation home!!

Amazing Vacation at an Amazing Villa

Our family spent some much needed R&R time at this location. We have stayed many times in Windsor Hills but have found a property that truly fit our needs. Over two (2) weeks, our family enjoyed amazing space both inside and out. The games room is amazing, the pool and hot tub with their associated furniture was superb, and the common space was excellent. Each bedroom had an associated bathroom with a tremendous amount of space throughout the house. It was immaculately clean. The only thing that tops the location for us was our interaction with the owners. We cannot say enough good about how wonderfully they treated us in their space. We were taken care of. We were treated like a part of their extended family -- hopefully the kind people prefer to see visit :) -- and every question we had was answered promptly and professionally. This was a special stay for us as a family after on the personal end and our trip was only enhanced by the amazing treatment we received. We will definitely be back and book this location again without question and it will be our first choice. Thanks to Ron and Lidia for amazing memories.
