First, I will start by saying the house itself is a beautiful property. Communication with the owner was very scarce. Communication with the property manager was definitely a lot better. I stayed at the property with my boyfriend, my adult children, my minor children, and my grandkids and my mom The pool is not heated and it does not state that in the listing.The pool pump also does not work. We arrived on Friday and it wasn’t cleaned in until Wednesday. The pool pump does not work so even though it was cleaned, the water still wasn’t clean. The listing also does not state there is a charge for grill rental, although there is a grill outside.Upon arrival of the house, we went and checked over everything. The comforters on the beds were dirty. They had not been cleaned. No one wants to lay in someone else’s bodily fluids. There were no extra comforters or bedding to put on the bed so after our 16 Hour drive we were unable to go to sleep because we had to wash the blankets. The showers didn’t work right the water was either freezing or too hot, there was no in between.Also, there was only a few towels and a few wash rags. The property manager did bring towels and rags. The garbage can was broken, and the owner refused to replace it. Garbage bags will not stay in the can so trash just falls all over. There are also is no gate for the pool door, broken side . Everyone left there sick, I think there’s mode in the vents. I’m attaching a picture of what blew out.

The property was beautiful as listed however I’ve attempted numerous times to reach out to the owner and property manager regarding the pool being filthy and needing someone to come have it cleaned to in turn getting no response from either party. We had to end up cleaning the pool ourselves and there were numerous roaches all over the kitchen/downstairs area.

Disappointing Stay – Property Not as AdvertisedThe exterior of the home looked promising, but things went downhill quickly after stepping inside. The house was not clean—sticky floors, dirty bathrooms, and filthy windows were just the beginning. Most concerning was a water leak in the master bedroom ceiling, leaving the carpet soaked and the room unusable.The pool water looked dirty, with visible stains, and did not appear properly maintained. When I brought up these concerns, the owner and property manager acted surprised, claiming "accidents happen." However, the AC repair technician told me he had been out before for the same water issue, clearly indicating this is a recurring problem the owner is aware of and continues to ignore.After checking past reviews, I found similar complaints dating back as far as 2004, which makes this even more unacceptable. This property is being rented out in a condition that is neither safe nor sanitary. The owner and property manager are not trustworthy, and I would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere. If you are bringing a pet be aware. There's no fee on the add but the owner contacted me hours before checking through whatsapp asking for a 250 fee and payable by paypal. I had to cancel around 1am because i was not getting any response from the Owner or Property manager. Money was refunded but i ended up spending more money to stay in a hotel that night just to spend the night.

This property was very comfortable, clean and beautiful for my family and I. We really enjoyed our stay. The owner contacted me right away after booking the property with all the needed information. Unfortunately, the house simply isn't as described. The living room furniture was comfortable. However, the kitchen utensils are in need of replacement. The pans are unusable. The main TV did work for part of our stay. There are no local or premium channels. No cable TV, just streaming. The pool lining had algae build up and turned the water greenish. Paid for heat but was inoperative for part of our stay. Was told we would receive a refund for the days heat didn't work. No follow up on refund. The house has tons of potential but needs to be refreshed.

Poor communication with the host

The house is very comfortable for large families, but the only bad thing is the communion of the host and he has to pay a service fee when one has to buy toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid with sponges. The money from the service fee is given away for the investment that one makes.

Needs some work

At first everything seemed great…. Then we discovered that the house has leaks and the ceiling leaked all over the master bedroom bed. Leaving the bed soaked! There was a giant roach in the house as well! The AC did not work at all it was super hot in the house! It was hard for everyone to sleep in this house! Definitely would not stay here again!

The house was nice on the outside(landscaping)but not a lot of parking space and you cant park ing the side of the road. The bed sheets had hair on them, under the Livingroom chairs had trash, behind the night stand in 3 rooms had trash behind them, the dinning room chair had blood stains on them(only the cloth chairs) the AC only worked good during the day but at night its hot as hell, trash from the last renters was still on the side of the house3 large trash bags made it look nasty, the pool was cold and dirty(so pls pay the fee to keep it warm)also the pool drain cap was off in the bottom pf the pool so the kids was stepping in the hold hurting their ankle. bath towels had stains, the washer did work right(i had to rigg it up just to use it) on them shower was nasty....OVER ALL THE HOUSE WAS NOT CLEANED CORRECT. so if you still decided to use this property PLS take your own cleaning supplies to clean before your family get there

Interesting stay

House looks aesthetically pleasing but there is more than meets the eye. 1 the beds, all of them, in every room are hard as a rock. 2 shower heads had mold in master bed room, upstairs shower head was not adjustable 3 out of date, besides the tv and fridge, everything is old as heck from prob early 2000’s Most repairs done look like they just put a bandaid over it . 4the pool was heated but it felt like it got popped in the microwave for 30 seconds . 5 spiders on bed, curtains and roach in the game room.. 6 2nd master bedroom bath had no toilet paper holder.. and the dryer had no handle to open. Litterally had to ghetto rig it with a hanger to use it 7 if you are coming here to travel to Disney or universal or the tourist areas expect to drive 45mins to 1hr plus 8 couches are rotting. We sat down from the long road trip and saw black debris’s everywhere. Floor. Clothes and hands. So yeah be careful with that. it wasn’t very deep cleaned. Dust everywhere.

Such a beautiful place!

Prior to our trip, the owner was very responsive & helpful with planning. Our family's arrival times varied & the property manager was very helpful with letting us know when we could let some family members in the "home". The word "home" was used with purpose. It truly was a home for us. There is room for gathering a large family, enjoying the company of each other & not feeling like we were separated the way a hotel would be. The home was clean & well taken care of just as it was described. I don't know anyone else's purpose for traveling, & possibly staying in this beautiful home, but for us, it was about family. It allowed us the space, the comfort & the feeling of home. We enjoyed pool time together, we enjoyed dinners together, we enjoyed laughing & joking with each other & being together as one big dys"FUN"ctional family. The rooms were beautiful, well taken care of & very clean. The furniture was beautiful & made it feel even more like a home instead of just a house. There are so many things I could say about how wonderful this rental home was, the owner, the property manager & all of the amenities, but most importantly, all of those pieces came together as one to create a space for family, love & the memories we were able to make. Our trip created a truly special memory for me. My 1yo grandson named me for himself for the first time. I'll forever be "Mat-maw" & when I hear it, I'll always remember where I was given that name & what a spectacular place it was!

Spacious but untidy

The villa was a nice place and accommodated our family, however it was not tidy. Our check in time was 5pm and when my family arrived, we were told that we can't go into the space until 4 hours later because the villa needed to be cleaned. There was only one woman there to clean and she didn't have enough supplies to clean in that moment. In order to speed up the process, we had to join in and help. The bathrooms were very disgusting, beds were not made, floors were dirty and the refrigerator wasn't clean. We shouldn't have had to have intervened but we didn't want to lose out on vacation time by waiting for the one woman to clean, and thankfully we had cleaning supplies too to guarantee an efficient cleaning of the home.

Home away from home

The layout of the house was perfect. The 2 master bedrooms were on the main floor and the 4 smaller rooms upstairs. The children took the up stairs and the adults took the downstairs. There was Extra Towels in the closet and bedding. The pool area was kind of small but perfect for the children. Plenty outdoor seating. The only issue we ran into is the battery died in the thermostat on our last Night at the property period luckily it was a nice evening with a good breeze so we were able to open the windows. Thw whole family really enjoyed the stay.

Wonderful stay

We stayed here for four weeks. (Jan-Feb) A great home away from home! Everything is "as described". The neighborhood is very clean and well maintained. The home itself was exactly as we had hoped. The pool area was clean and inviting. We have previously had issues with pool temperature at other home rentals. Not here! The pool temp was perfect. The pool guy team came weekly. Furnishings inside and out were exactly as expected. The owner and management team were easy to deal with and responsive. Location is convenient to parks, shopping and great dining. We highly recommend this property.

Christmas at Disney

SeaWorld, Disney and basically Orlando the week after Christmas and before New Year’s is absolutely insane. Sooo many people. Perfect Roomy and Cozy!

My family and myself found this home to be just perfect for our needs. There’s so many good things I can say about this home but most importantly you feel at home even when you’re on vacation. It’s fully equipped with so many things but foremost it’s over stocked with towels which we loved especially when the home has a pool to enjoy. The owner thought about everything that way you as the vacationer can just relax and enjoy your time. I know that’s how we felt. The home is in a perfect location for your family needs. The description of the property didn’t match well at all. It states recently updated but only thing that looked updated were countertops and paint-though whoever painted didn’t do it well. The fridge wouldn’t keep anything cold so we had to use the kegerator that had beer from 2018 still in it. There were bugs all over and the pool wasn’t clean. Also there were still trash under beds. Management wasn’t up to par and couldn’t really help with any issues. Also basic necessities weren’t available(ie trash bags and hand/dish soap) wouldn’t recommend staying here unless your expectations were low.
