Everything was almoust excelent. Fittness room wasnt clean, there was a lot of dust and dirt.Two of the five burners in the grill weren't working. The bowling alley's ball deflector kept falling off, and the machine wasn't setting out all the pins. A technician only showed up the day after we reported it, on the day of our departure... The shuffleboard didn't have any sand or a shovel to remove sand from the sides. The darts didn't count points. The pool table hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. The safety net by the pool was torn in one spot, so an unwanted guest could have gotten in... (it wasn't repaired until the day of our departure... and we were there for 6 days). And the internet didn't work twice (but these internet-related outages were quickly fixed). Overall, it's a very good place for going to the parks, but not for staying there long-term because, as I described, the devices didn't work properly, which is frustrating after spending so much money.

Family Vacay

The house was really nice and it clearly accommodated my family. We were very pleased with the size of each bedroom and the kitchen with the open plan was amazing! We had an amazing time but the downside was the parking as it was not enough space to accommodate 7 vehicles but definitely will book again!!

Mesmerizing view!

The view was beautiful, and our stay was great overall. Everything was conveniently located nearby, so there was no need to leave the premises.

Loved Casino & arcade rooms

This home is absolutely stunning. It's comfortable and spacious, and the neighborhood is great for families. It's really well-kept and looks exactly like what we expected for our big family getaway.

Super clean villa

Our stay at the house was unbelievable! It was really clean and roomy; the kids had a blast in the theme room, game room, and especially the pool. The grown-ups were impressed with the huge kitchen.

Well Furnished!

Perfect accommodation for such a large family! Everyone had plenty of space, communications were great and the house was cozy and warm. We all had a fantastic time and would definitely come back there for our next break away.

Big house with arcade room

Despite having a large number of people, the home never felt cramped or cluttered. Everything was pristine and the place was stunningly beautiful. Casino & Arcade rooms were best!

Highly Overrated and Overpriced

Reading all the previous comments and reviews hyped Expectations, unsure if this review will make it, but if does hope that will set an accurate level of expectation. Pros : 1. Great Location. 2. Amazing Property/House. 3. Great Kitchen amazing rooms. 4. Minimal toiletries/Kitchen soaps/Liquids. 5. Basic kitchen utensils/Great appliances. Cons : 1. Parking: No parking passes for all, only 5 were allowed, we were a group of 10 Families with 10 Cars. - Thanks to the Attendant gave as an additional pass. Only 5 Vehicles are allowed to be parked on property, additional parking was half a mile away. 2. Pool: Kids we’re excited to jump into the pool and paid $235.20 for all the days for the pool to be heated and jacuzzi if it was summer wouldn’t have worried about this, as the weather was bad and coldest, called them to get that looked into the technician said heater was broken and needed a fix, Called Villatel to refund and they said they would need to discuss this with the Management - not sure what discussion is needed when technician looked and confirmed it’s broken. 3. Game Room : Bowling balls would not be returned after every game so we had to scrawl and get it. Air hockey would not return the puck after each game needs a restart. Basketball shooter was placed with a large gap behind and kids threw the balls and was an inconsistent - could have put that against the wall to avoid this. Perfect pool table, but chalks were missing. Perfect dart board, but broken soft tips. 5. Awesome Theater room/TV’s in the room but no premium apps - we had to login in each of the tv to connect them. Hope they do refund for the Pool and Jacuzzi without Hassle and drama. Thank You

We needed a break

We got there pretty early for fear of check-in delays only to find more than ready to serve staff. We were shown our unit immediately and allowed to unpack as they cleared the other details. I noticed some construction going on; I will come next year to sample the new units.

Great Stay

My wife insisted we have our holiday here and I must say, there is nothing to regret. The kids' bedrooms were well painted and themed with superhero architecture, the young ones loved every bit of it. My wife immediately developed a distinct partiality for the open kitchen where she delivered some pretty amazing Asian cuisine.

Awesome house!!!!

My friends invited me for a week’s holiday; I loved every minute I spent in the spacious rooms. The bedrooms were beautifully painted to match the beddings and curtains. The gaming room was perfect, I got to hone my e-sport skills. They are building more units near the already completed ones, you can never miss a spot.

Big swimming pool

I took my family here for a holiday and we loved it. My kids have never seen a swimming pool so big. They even have an indoor swimming pool for midnight swims. The big movie room presented the perfect spot for my family to bond; the comfy seats and big screen were just perfect.

Outclass experience!

For a group of 6, the space was more than enough. My wife harbors a distinct partiality for modern kitchens and the one there offered just what she needed. She got to try some local recipes which I must say did not turn out so well, nevertheless, the experience was nothing short of superb.

Enjoyed gaming rooms & bowling alley

My children loved the gaming room; even the youngest one could not get enough of it. We stayed here for a week with the kids and the experience was just amazing. I even invited some friends over for a barbecue, it was fun.
