"Great House and Pool, Disappointed with Gaming Room TV"

Overall, my family and I had a fantastic stay at Wonder Vacation Homes. The house was spacious and comfortable, and the pool was a great amenity for relaxation. However, we were disappointed that the TV in the gaming room didn’t work throughout our stay. It was only fixed the day before we left, despite our four-night stay. This was especially disappointing for my kids, who were looking forward to enjoying that feature. Despite this setback, we still enjoyed our time and appreciated the efforts made to address the issue.

I’m gonna say about the good things for the house! The house it’s nice the 5 comfortable bedrooms an 4 bathroom! The house have great location just like 15 minutes for Disney parking sometimes is last the 15 minutes! Now I have to say the bad things the house not have poll towel, the not have towel on bathroom, the charge extra money for pool heater and hut tube, I pay the money and the hut tube is broke, when I call the office he’s say the sent someone to fix! And no body come fix I call next and the send the same message all week! On the beds they not have blankets! I'm very disappointed Whit this house em especial because the hut tube!

Beautiful house but…

This was a gorgeous property and very spacious. We loved that we were able to host a team dinner for our children while we were in Orlando for their cheer competition. There were a few things that definitely could be improved. One they did not provide wash clothes and we had to purchase those at Walmart. They only provided 2 towels per bathroom which isn’t even enough for the full amount of people that this house is said to sleep. We were able to make do being that there were only 4 of us staying at the house. There was no lighting over the pool and hot tub which made it difficult to use those amenities even if we wanted to. We had paid for the pool to be heated however during our stay the pool was not heated and the jets for the hot tub did not work. We requested maintenance 2 times and they did not come so we were able to secure a refund for the money we had paid for this feature. The coffee pot was broken on our arrival and not replaced during our stay. Finally the house was cold and there were no extra blankets anywhere in this house. We ended up turning up the heat. I feel like a few easy fixes and this house would definitely be a location I would rebook. It was close to Disney, restaurants and stores. It had a lot of space and I loved that there were many bathrooms and bedrooms. I hope the property managers/ owners take into consideration adding some basic items like extra towels, washcloths, and blankets.

The Home was By far very Elegant and Nice!!!!!!

But we stayed from Thursday to Thursday we was there with no TV service we called them the whole entire stay and no one seemed to come out and see if the problem could’ve fixed they gave me every solution to try and I did them all and still nothing worked !!! And no one still didn’t come out to help the internet worked for one day and that was it ….. no one spoken to me about a refund or adjustment on the price … even tho the home was great the location was great and got it at a great price but I was really trying to give them a good review since they had bad ones but ….. whew if they would just fixed the direct Tv and internet we would’ve had the perfect stay !!! The only problem I had out the home I wish they would’ve called me to fix the DVR like they called me about that deposit they blowed up my phone about … I would stay here again if the service fixed !!!!

Disappointed & Frustrated

The house was fine, except for the word "luxury" as there there were basic items missing ( a pool without pool towels?) which we first had to go out and buy, not what we expected and certainly not what we have experienced with other rentals in same development. However the disappointing and frustrating issue was the pool. It was basically a hot tub, totally unswimable or suited for exercise. We had over twenty texts with the management company about this issue and they never resolved the problem. The water was at least 90 degrees every day and after they lied to us (told us they would set the pool and hot tub to 83), they finally said "the service provided as expected". Far from true. At a minimum we expect a refund for the heating of the pool, $240 but that hardly compensates us for the aggravation and time we spent with Wonder Homes trying to resolve this issue. A major factor for renting this property was the pool and hot tub . Having an unusable swimming pool and cold hot tub was more than disappointing and frustrating. The Wonder Home motto should be, wonder how they remain in business, definitely will not use them again!!

Neighborhood

Renting the property was overall well, however, the neighborhood/neighbors were not. I’ve stayed at this resort previously, but on the other side and thought that went much better. I don’t think the property owners have any control over that aspect, but I would mention that it felt like we were in an area where people played music loud almost until midnight, coupled with yelling and stuff missing from our yard (specifically my daughter’s swim vest), which magically appeared the next morning. The property itself was very nice, but I’m not sure if I would stay there again because this side of the resort was pretty hood.

Great Accommodation

Bruno's accommodation was lovely. Everything was as pictured. I would love to stay here again A few things that we took note of early on: • the drain was clogged and the garbage disposal didn't work. We had to make it a point to not use that side of the sink • the accommodation has an annoying child safety feature for the sliding door; if you open the back sliding door, it sounds off until you hit the button. This is a great feature for a party with children but not for a party of purely grown adults • getting into the Encore Resort property was a tumultuous task. It would be more ideal for guests to have an access code or key fob that makes entry more efficient rather then wait in line and speak to a lengthy automated system Because of this, I cannot offer a strong endorsement.

Nice winter vacation

Great place to stay with kids, we spent one week of lot of fun and warm days. The house is just like the ad and we had some issue with the pool heater but was fixed during our stay!
