THE VILLA: The villa is just 10 minutes from Disneyworld, 15 minutes from SeaWorld and 20 minutes from Universal. In this location, you will waste no travel time reaching your Theme Park destination in the morning and can quickly return to peaceful seclusion when your park-legs are exhausted! This makes it perfect for guests who want easy access to all that Disney has to offer, while having all the facilities to kick back and relax in privacy at the end of the day.

Great attention has been paid to the furnishing of our home, comprising 2 king-size suites, one queen suite and 2 twin rooms, all with Smart TV. There is a fully equipped Games Room, fantastic Theatre Room with 65″ LED TV and specialist seating, and a south-facing pool with Jacuzzi. In short there’s something for all ages and preferences when you need a little time to relax.

For your security, the villa is fitted with a safe for your valuables. This villa also offers a start-up convenience package when guests check in which includes soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper.

POOL/DECK AREA: The 28′ x 14′ south-facing pool has a secluded outlook on to the conservation area behind, with steps into the shallow end and an in-pool seat at the deep end. With sun throughout the day, you can enjoy the pool and Jacuzzi at any time. The extended deck area means there is room for everyone to enjoy the sunshine, with 4 loungers and 6 chairs around the table. The pool can be heated upon request, and all home exits to the pool are alarmed for your children’s safety.

FAMILY ROOM: This contemporary styled room has leather sofas to relax on, while enjoying the 55″ Samsung LED TV with Boston Acoustics sound system, Sony DVD/Blu-ray player.

KITCHEN: The kitchen includes all the appliances and equipment you will need to make the most of your self-catered holiday, including fridge freezer with ice maker and cold-water dispenser, large oven, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery & double sink with waste disposal. The open bar with barstools means you can keep company with whoever’s cooking or take your breakfast and snacks in a more informal setting.

LAUNDRY FACILITIES: Accessed via the Games Room is the laundry room with automatic washing machine and separate drier. An ironing board and iron are also provided so you can cut down on packing and keep on top of your laundry throughout your vacation.

DINING ROOM: Whether you have cooked your own meal or indulged in takeout, you can enjoy it here. The stylishly furnished dining room has a large dining table which seats 8 people.

THEATRE ROOM: This really is a special room, whether you love to watch movies, sport, or play games. In our upstairs theatre room, you’ll be spoilt with a Samsung 65″ LED Smart TV screen and comfortable leather seating.

GAMES ROOM: There’s more fun to be found in the stylishly decorated Games Room downstairs, with pool table, air hockey and table football.

MASTER SUITE 1: A beautifully furnished bedroom with king size bed, huge walk-in wardrobe, Samsung 32″ LCD TV and Sony iPod/iPhone dock/clock radio. The deluxe en-suite has a bath, walk-in shower and two sinks. As with all our bedrooms, the attention to detail in all aspects of the room decor will make you feel like a special guest.

MASTER SUITE 2: The biggest room in the house with ensuite! Fitted with three single beds and one bunk bed for the children when they all want to be together. This room also features twin bedside cabinets, an enormous walk-in wardrobe, and a Samsung 32″ LCD TV. The luxury en-suite has a walk-in shower, stylish bath & double sink.

BEDROOM 3: This deluxe room is equally as impressive as the master suite, with a king size bed, fitted wardrobe, Samsung 32″ LCD TV and Sony iPod/iPhone dock/clock radio. It shares a 4th bathroom with bedroom 6.

BEDROOM 4: This room features a queen bed, twin bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobe, Samsung 32” LCD TV and shares a fully equipped bathroom with bedroom 5.

BEDROOM 5: This comfortably styled room has a queen bed, bedside cabinet, fitted wardrobe and Samsung 32″ LCD TV. It shares a bathroom with bedroom 3.

BEDROOM 6: A second, beautifully furnished twin room with bedside cabinet, fitted wardrobe and Samsung 32″ LCD TV, this bedroom is located next to the 4th bathroom.
