One of the beds in the room with three double was broken. As soon as one guest sat on it. It went to the floor. I reported it right away! It was never fixed. The jacuzzi never heated up! The tv in the master room didn’t work! The remote was missing the back cover for the batteries. The tv streaming wasn’t functioning well on some of the tv’s! They didn’t come to fix anything, because I never gave them permission to come inside the property. I assumed when I made the call to report the issues that was giving permission. They sent me emails and I was too busy to check the emails. They should’ve called me or just sent the repair person and we would’ve allowed him to come in!

The house is really nice and the location was perfect. I think the house is just a few years old. Everything was modern, clean and in working order. Communication with the host was very easy. They always replied right away to answer my question or perform a service. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with our cheer team.

The reason for our stay is to have the retreat of our Youth Group. A house where we can pray, praise and worship and listen to some talks and reflect on them. This house is so appropriate for the purpose. Also, it seems like God lead us to this property. From the booking process until checkout we did not have any issues. In fact we had constant communication with the property managers and they were prompt in resolving our requests. Even our request to extend our checkout time. We definitely would rent this property again when we will do our retreat. Thank you very much for the beautiful accommodation you provided us. God bless you and more power to your business.

Overall The Stay Was Perfect. There Were A Few Things Broken And Missing In The Home But It Didn’t Hinder Our Trip. We Were Even Allowed To Do Late Checkout Which Was Chefs Kiss! We Will Definitely Be Back!!

Great stay lovely house. I hate one issue, there was many many ants I didn’t know until bringing in my girls birthday cake I spent lots of money on sat it down for 10 min and came back and the whole cake was filled with lots of tiny ANTS. I was so disgusted and upset I threw the whole cake away and contacted management. I did request what I paid for the cake but of course I still have not gotten that back.

We loved our stay at this property. We stayed for 2 weeks and for the most part things were great. The bad: Ice machine in kitchen never worked, took 3 days to get the dryer fixed. What we think were ants in the kitchen and main floor bathrooms was sprayed but still had issues. Gave maintenance permission to enter the house on the day we reported the issues but didn't come in because they were scared of the dogs even though they were kenneled anytime we left. The good: Very quick response times to the issues we reported. Lost power one night and they came out super quick to fix the issue. House was amazing for 14 people, 3 ESA's and 1 Service Dog. Pool was used daily and it was perfect. I would definitely rent this property again. We had so much space it was amazing!

The community and clubhouse were great! The house was very spacious and looked like the pictures. The screened in pool was great, as well. I would’ve liked to leave a great overall review on this property but the truth is, we had several problems from day 1 until the end of the stay. There was a rat in the house that we reported instantly and we were constantly given the runaround so we had to buy our own traps to catch it ourselves & dispose of it. There were ants all over the kitchen countertops and upstairs walls the whole stay. The living room tv never worked and it wasn’t replaced or fixed. The freezer handle was loose and kept coming off every time we opened the freezer door. Maintenance would show up days later after requests were put in and wouldn’t resolve anything when he did arrive. The dryer also took a couple of rounds to fully dry a load.

Our family vacation was awesome with this rental. Enough space for everyone to be comfortable. We ate together and enjoyed the pool. Even threw an awesome two year old birthday party. There were a few issues as the trip went own but nothing major. We really enjoyed this property and would stay again in the future.

Our family (11 adults, 5 kids) spent a wonderful week together here. The IHM management people are stellar! I had several questions as we were preparing our trip from out of state as well as after we arrived, and I consistently received prompt feedback from them. The house is ideal for a large family like ours. We spent time every day in the pool and sitting on the back porch for coffee or meals. The house was very clean and nicely furnished, and had comfortable beds and bedding. The kitchen had basics for cooking meals which we did multiple times. We enjoyed the amenities at the Oasis Club, and spent a day in the lazy river and kids' splash pad there. The location is close enough to Orlando attractions and beaches (we visited Clearwater), yet far enough away that you have less of the traffic hassles. The house shows wear from being a rental, but it didn't detract from the experience at all. We did request pool heating towards the end of our stay as rain storms made it a bit chilly; the pool temp was ideal the following day but like a hot tub on day two so be mindful of that if you want non-stop pool time like our group did as it was too hot to swim one day. We definitely would consider another rental in this area for another big family vacay!

We were traveling to Flordia from Meherrin, Va and no one called me about the cancelled reservation. They sent an email we received 5 hours into our 11 hour drive. The company gave us no explanation just poor excuses with no resolution for our family of 19. So no I was not pleased with the stay because we weren't able to enjoy anything we had planned out. I wasnt satisfied with it at all. I will not be booking through you all ever again, I will not recommend you all to anyone else.

This Was An Lovely Home . Clean && They Got Right Back With You With Any Questions Or Concerns You Have . The House Is Spacious Was More Then Enough Room For Me && My Guest . Only Major Issue We Had Was The House Is Hot At Night It Doesn’t Seem To Cool Down . Only The Top Half Floor Was Cool . All The Guest Complained Of Being Hot . Other Then That They Have Cooking Utensils For You Mop && Broom . It’s A Very Relaxing Home We Honestly Enjoyed . My Favorite House I’ve Booked Yet !!!!
