📝 Additional Information

This is a self-catering vacation home. To help guests settle in comfortably, we provide a starter set of supplies, including:

-One roll of toilet paper per bathroom
-One paper towel roll
-Two trash bags
-Dish sponge and dish detergent
-Dishwasher pods
-Laundry pod and fabric softener
-Basic toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner)

No food, condiments, or seasonings are provided for hygiene and contamination prevention purposes.

-The property is professionally cleaned and inspected before check-in
-Clean sheets and towels are provided according to occupancy
-Mid-stay cleaning service available upon request for an additional fee

🗑️ Trash Disposal

Please observe trash collection guidelines and dispose of trash daily to help maintain a clean and pleasant environment.

📦 Online Deliveries

-USPS does not deliver to vacation homes
-Only UPS, FedEx, and DHL are recommended
-Some resorts may charge package handling fees or decline deliveries entirely

🏊 Pool Heater Information

-Price: $35 per day
-Minimum requirement: 2 consecutive days
-Maximum temperature does not exceed 95°F
-Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
-The attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi and does not have jets
-The spa can only be heated together with the pool and will have the same temperature

Please note:

-Pool heaters operate through heat exchange and may not function efficiently during cold weather conditions
-Refunds cannot be provided if cold weather prevents the pool from reaching the desired temperature
-The pool heater system includes automatic safety shut-offs during extreme weather conditions to prevent overheating

🚗 Parking Information

Please follow all parking guidelines established by Solterra Resort:

-Park in the driveway first whenever possible
-Vehicles may park across the driveway apron but must not block sidewalks or touch grass areas
-Street parking is permitted only within marked white lines
-Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, boats, golf carts, motorcycles, and motor homes are not permitted unless temporarily loading or unloading
-Unauthorized vehicles may be subject to towing

🏖️ Resort Amenities Fee

To access the clubhouse facilities, guests are required to pay a one-time resort fee directly to the clubhouse office:

-Up to 12 guests: $35
-13+ guests: $45

Payment must be made by card directly to the clubhouse. This fee is not included in the reservation total.

Additional Charges

Additional fees may apply if house rules are violated, damages occur, or excessive cleaning is required after check-out.
