Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Pooh Palace. The owners were very easy to work with. The property was clean, had clear directions for check in and out. The property was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend to everyone.

Perfect Stay

We were getting together for a friends 40th. There were four couple so everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which was ideal for getting ready. TVs in every room. We enjoyed the pool after a long day at the parks and had a blast playing pool in the garage. They provided a bag of common items that may be needed and went above and beyond and setup an awesome gift basket and balloon for the birthday boy. It was an awesome weekend and we would highly recommend. Gave us a lot more time together vs all getting separate hotels.

Great Rental Home!

We rented Pooh’s Palace for 2 weeks in November 2022. This home was very well stocked compared to any other home we’ve previously rented. It was nice that previous renters left their left-overs (non perishable) and the owners left supplies also. The house was well stocked with towels etc. Any questions we had were answered immediately by Deanna. Coming from Manitoba, Canada, we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and outdoor TV every day for many hours. The grandchildren never wanted to come out of the pool. Having a special door alarm for the pool door was added security that we welcomed. We were a family of 9 consisting of parents, adult children and grandchildren and there was enough space for everyone. We’ve been to Windsor Hills before and like the location and short distance to the parks. We really only used the clubhouse once as we didn’t have much time. Wonderful Vacation Rental

We are yearly Disney vacationers and have always stayed on property. This was the first time we rented a house off property, and it was absolutely fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about the Quinn’s and their beautiful, perfect home. From the proximity to the parks, the decor of the home, the large space with plenty of bedrooms, and the pool my kids had an amazing time in. Deanna was so wonderful to work with, even having a gift box delivered to us. I will absolutely return, and give this rental 5/5. Trust me when I tell you to BOOK THIS PROPERTY, you will be so glad you did.

Pooh's Palace- we love you

We stayed 22nd Oct 2022-5th Nov 2022. We had the absolute best time in this villa. Property was cleaned to a good standard. It felt very homely and not like you were staying in a rental. The kids loved the themed rooms. We couldn't work the pS3s and we could have sought help but we were busy at the parks etc. The first day the pool was cold, Deanna got straight on that and someone repaired the switch. The hottub was such a lovely addition. I don't really have anything negative to say. The extra prams were brilliant and super helpful. Windsor hills is very secure and we felt very safe there. It was very quiet, we all slept so well. The beds are very comfortable. Very close to the parks. Thank you so much Deanna

This is the home for you and your family!!

We stay here every year during our Disney World vacation and love this home so much! The amenities and large size are unlike anything you will find on Disney property. The owners of this vacation home are professional, flexible and courteous to the needs of their guests. I highly recommend this home for your Disney vacations!!

Beautiful week!

Another fantastic week at Pooh’s Palace which is becoming our favorite home away from home. Love the bedrooms with their own bath, perfect for large extended family. And of course the kids adore having their own pool. Well appointed kitchen, lots of space for everyone!

Absolutely amazing!

Where do I even start. This house was amazing. All the beds were so comfortable. They had every utensil you could think of. The TV by the pool was a huge plus for us. The location was PERFECT after long days at the parks. Would definitely stay here every summer!

Amazing place to stay

My family of 6 stayed at the Pooh Palace. It was everything we could ask for. We spent lots of time in the pool. The amenities around the community are great also. The house was very clean when we arrived. Deanna was quick to respond to all of my questions. All in all we had a great time and would definitely book there again.

Excelente Alojamiento Familiar

Con mi familia nos alojamos y realmente es excelente casa, ubicación, tranquilidad, seguridad, comodidad. Es como estar en casa, espacios para los adultos y para los menores del hogar. Todos la pasamos muy bien y contentos volvemos a nuestros hogares. Agradecimientos especiales a Chuck And Deanna, son muy cercanos, buena comunicación, muy profesionales. Great place, close to Disney!

Pooh's Palace is a nice place to stay. The private pool and hot tub were very nice. We liked that it had extra security for the pool. It's a very roomy house and has a nice playroom. We didn't get a chance to use the main pool area by the check-in because the weather was a little cold, but that looked nice too. There is a workout room and arcade near the big pool and a small store. There is a little wear and tear at the house, but nothing major that made our stay bad in any way. I'm sure that's quite normal for vacation homes. The place was very clean. The only problem we had was with the remote controls for the main TV and play room, they were confusing and we couldn't get them to work. I let the owner know and she appreciated the constructive feedback. Overall I would stay at Pooh's Palace again, they were a lot of playgrounds nearby too for the kids to play at. Very close to Disney about a 10 to 15 minute drive at most. We love the coffee area and the Keurig cups that were provided. Thanks for letting us stay here!

Quiet Convenience

Pooh’s Place was very nice and themed well. We walked in needing coffee after driving overnight and very conveniently, she had a fully stocked coffee area with big cups!!! The place was clean and well organized and the table settings on arrival gave us a great first impression. We were deathly afraid of damaging and breaking the nice settings due to kids, so in short order we cleared them off the tables and mocked the breakables up high. What we loved most was the open spaces in the garage and living area. It provided a nice getaway for and from our kids! Pool area was nice as well and felt really safe for our 1 year old with all the safety alarms and fences in place, pool was used daily. There are as a warning though spiders throughout the pool area in the evening, I think we identified 4 spiders that looked pretty wicked. We left them alone, although it was annoying to walk through the webs after getting back from WDW, and sit in the hot tub. Rooms were nice as well, with extra blankets, sheets, even mattresses available. Pack and play was great as we didn’t lug one along, and the strollers that were there were a big plus for our friends who joined us on this trip and left their stroller at home. Deanna thought of everything and was very responsive.

Home away from home

Every time we walk in this house we all (including the kids) say the same thing. It feels like our home away from home. We love the updates to the wifi and having a TV on the Lanai. We also loved the new coffee station that does both regular coffee and Keurig. The owners are always so responsive too.

Perfection at Pooh's Palace!

Pooh's Palace was the perfect home away from home for our extended family over nine nights! We had three families, totaling 10 guests ranging in age from 6 to 72. From the youngest to the oldest, we all loved Pooh's Palace. The layout of the home is perfect with ample, comfortable space for both adults and kids. (The 5 full bathrooms made getting ready for the day and washing up before bed a breeze, even with so many of us!) The beds were all comfortable, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make meals, there was plenty of dining space inside and out, the game room brought fun for all, and the pool provided much needed relaxation on down days between park visits. The house is just a short drive (15-20 minutes with traffic, 10-15 minutes without) from Walt Disney World, and Windsor Hills was both quiet and safe with the added bonus of the waterpark. If you're a parent of a younger child, you'll appreciate the extra safety measures and conveniences Deanna has included to ensure your stay is safe and fun. The pool has a child safety gate and the sliding glass doors to the pool area are equipped with alarms to ensure you know when anyone is near the water. In the garage, along with the train table, video games, pool table, and washer & dryer (which enabled us to come home with clean clothes!), you'll find a high chair and an assortment of strollers. Deanna is a gracious and responsive host who met our needs and communicated with us clearly and quickly both before our trip and during whenever we had questions. None of us were ready to leave Pooh's Palace after 9 days and we hope to come back soon!

Highly recommend this beautiful vacation home!

I cannot express enough how much my family and I enjoyed our vacation!! From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. The house was clean, bright, beautifully decorated, and had EVERYTHING we needed for a home away from home. The beds were very comfortable and my kids loved the themed bedrooms! The heated pool/spa and patio area were the obvious favorite. Night time swims were a hit! We really enjoyed meals and movies on the screened in patio as well! The Windsor Hills property was very well maintained and we felt very safe our entire stay. The main pool was very crowed as it was spring break, however, that did not stop us from enjoying the property and if anything, made us love the house and our own pool even more. The neighborhood was great location to everything you need including grocery stores, shopping, parks, dining, entertainment, etc. I have to also express my appreciation to Deanna. She was very response to our booking needs and questions. There is no doubt that she (family too) and management company take pride in their property and want their guests to truly enjoy their vacation! We are hoping to book again in the very near future.
