We were very disappointed with our stay. The communication with the staff was terrible, when we asked them questions they wrote short, unhelpful answers. The house was staged nicely but everything in the house looked like it had been built really fast and was falling apart (even though it was clearly all new), the fake sticker backgrounds peeling off, blinds falling down, wires sticking out of the walls, doors falling out of the hinges. We thought about writing to the management about these issues but the tone of the communication was so aggressive (for example a sign on the toilet stating "if you clog the toilet we will call a plumber at YOUR expense" and another sign "if you report an issue to us and it leads to an unnecessary service trip then you may be charged 45”). There were little cooking supplies in the kitchen and ants all over the kitchen.On our last day, we were stunned to see a man let himself inside cleaning the pool without the management notifying us. This was a huge violation of privacy and safety especially with young children present. The resort was nice but we were never given any information about it whatsoever, The kids area was all cement so when kids slid down the water slide they landed on hard ground and we saw many kids being injured. The staff told us that the manager was in the process of ordering soft pads for the children to use. Overall, the house and apartment has potential to be really nice but it requires much better communication.
