Very spacious for the 5 adults, 4 boys 5-10, and 2 teenage girls. All had a great time and the experience proved to us to do this again. Now the down side. One dish towel in the kitchen. One very used and disgusting sponge provided in the kitchen. The game room (garage) had no air conditioning or window to open for air. VERY warm for July. Two pool cues with no tips. Pool deck was very gritty - obviously never sealed and the loose grout was always being brought into the pool and inside. The bathrooms had no bath mats, which means you have to utilize your towels on the floors for safety. No wash clothes provided. Really? Prepare to do laundry every day! No towel racks either! Host claims each bathroom to have 1 roll of TP. Three of the bathrooms had less than 10% left on the roll. Parking in this community is horrendous. Other than that, we all had a great time!
