Pretty Decent Stay !
Overall, my family and I enjoyed our trip. Great in-home amenities. Home came with everything! There were pots, pans, cooking and eating utensils! The clubhouse was closed so we werenât able to use the spa or community pool but the house comes with a pool. Towels for the pool and dry towels were also provided and came 2 packs for each room. So very well accommodated. Now the downside of things, first, we were set to arrive before check in so I notified one of the representatives a few days in advance to see if they could accommodate. He was nice enough to notify me that if I called 3 or more days in advance theyâd charge 60% of the daily rate even if youâd like to check in 2-3 hours early. Crazy! So, he told me to call the day of and see if there was any availability to avoid the outrageous fee. I call the day of and was told that they had early check in available but would still have to pay 116. Also, they charge to heat the pool and to use the grill. DISCLAIMER! You will have to pay to refill the propane tank after you pay to use the grill! We paid 25 to use the grill and 27 to refill the tank! Another thing, only 2 vehicles will fit in the driveway and extras will have to park down the street by the pond. You also have to check in with the front gate every time you come in the subdivision regardless if you have the pass or not.
