Our stay was amazing, the host had great communication with me. On arrival we accessed the property with ease using the information provided before getting there. The home was absolutely beautiful, and we all had a great time. There was nine of us for the stay, with plenty of space for all of us. The pool was a tad cold when we arrived, but after contacting the host, we had it heated within a day. The home was in good distances from the theme park attractions which suited us greatly. Definitely a 5, would recommend to others. We look forward to being able to stay again. Many thanks to the host

Great location for the annual Russ Matt Baseball Spring Break tournaments. Host was extremely communicative and helpful. Property was clean and exactly how it was listed. Wish we had more time to enjoy actually being in the home but would recommend for anyone looking to be close to all things Orlando has to offer! Great stay!

House was IMMACULATE!! All of the house was cared for and extremely clean!!! The host was great communicating and answering my questions, and so accommodating. The home was such a huge part of our happy vacation and so well appointed. Dishes, cups, silverware, pots and pans…. We’re all excellent. They didn’t miss a thing. Temperatures got very cool while we were there and the heated pool was VERY NECESSARY!!

Family Vacation

Nice home away from home in quiet gated community. Great location close to grocery stores, restaurants & convenient to Theme Parks. The home is roomy with nice layout & the pool was wonderful. Family vacation

Great house plenty of room for a family of 6 each kid had their own room which was great. We spent most of our vacation at universal studios. Coming back each evening to a pool and hot tub to relax in after walking all day in the heat was a great way to unwind. I personally enjoyed having my coffee every morning sitting outside at the table by the pool. The privacy hedges were nice. We've rented a few houses over years this house felt the most like being at our home

Amazing Property

Amazing property! Will definitely be booking again on our next trip to Florida. Plenty of room for the whole family where everyone had their own space. Great location to visit all parks from Disney to Legoland to SeaWorld. If youre looking for a house near Orlando i highly recommend.

Davenport Home

Home was beautiful and as described. We had a wonderful stay there and was close to everything we needed. Had a minor issue, called the owners who arrived at the house in less than half an hour and resolved it quickly. Couldn't ask for better service for a rental house, and I've rented many. Would definitely return there in the future. No worries when you rent this home.

Our new favorite home away from home

My family and I loved our stay at Tuscan Hills. The house is beautiful and had plenty of room for 10 people. The kitchen had the tools to cook pretty much anything you would like. The pool and hot tub are awesome. The location is even great. Close to Disney, plenty of other attractions, Walmart and grocery stores. We had two very slight inconveniences that were attended to by Adrian very quickly. The first was that we were having an issue with the code to enter the gate and Adrian was able to add access in the app for a second vehicle. Other vehicles seemed to be having the same issue, so definitely nothing caused by the property owner. The second was that the jets in the hot tub stopped working. Adrian stopped by a short time after I informed him to take a look. He needed to have a technician come by and the tech arrived the next morning and fixed the issue quickly. We couldn't have asked for a better home to stay in. Adian is a wonderful host, the location is perfect (and easy to find) and it has everything we could need. We would definitely stay here again if the property is available. You can't go wrong staying at Tuscan Hills.

Great Single Home with pool! Spacious

Nice big home! We had a lovely stay since we were going to the big theme parks and water parks. It’s near Disney and shopping centers. Pool was great and the home is stocked with towels. Love the open floor plan! Some of the bed frames & bedding will probably need to be replaced soon. Seems like it’s aging due to normal wear. -The home itself is spacious and had everything that we need. Pet/family friendly -Great communication with Adrian! Highly recommend this home

An Extremely Amazing House !

To start , I was supposed to stay from May 12-18 and I ended up staying until May 30th 😀! The house is extremely stunning. Extremely clean, and super comfortable.. The communication with Adrian was the best! The pool, spa , and games were a 100/10… If i could give this house 20 stars I would!!! Definitely will be coming back soon!! I wish I could exchange my house for this one 😝

Lack of Communication

In the pictures the house looks beautiful, but in person it looked dated, dirty, and overall not well kept. That was the least of my worries though because to begin with we could not even access the house. I tried for two days to get in touch with someone for the access key. I finally got it 5.5 hours after check in. It ruined my night and my dinner. VRBO had to set up a hotel room, for my party and I, for that night and attempt to set up a house for the rest of the stay (but ended up getting the access key and not needing to stay somewhere else). I just wanted to enjoy my vacation but spent my first day worrying if we had a place to stay or not. I would not recommend staying at this property.

The place was clean and had ample room. It is about 40-50 mins drive away from universal studios and sea world. My only qualm with this place will be that they didn’t provide extra kitchen rolls or bath rolls and you would have to purchase dishwasher and laundry detergent. For this price, the owners could have provided these basic amenities.

First Time in Florida

Overall the stay was great and the house was as listed! There were some issues with the pool- specifically the heating and filtering of it but that was handled and taken care of by the management team and pool people. The only "complaint" that I have- would be the twin beds in two of the rooms. The frames are on wheels- which means they move all the time and are veryyy squeaky! The mattresses on them are also very worn out. My 6-year old didn't complain (unless he was awake and heard my 14-year old!) but the 14-year old did. Every time my son would move or roll over, it would wake her up. Like I said though, overall it was great and if we ever make it back to Oralndo, we will consider this rental again!
