We loved our stay, it was close to Disney and the kids loved the pool. Quiet neighborhood. The host was wonderful, she supplied us with tp, dish detergent, trashbags, etc. The house was clean and welcoming.

The house is nicely updated and was very clean. The heated pool was enjoyed by all. The community pool was a fun break as well. That was heated nicely and was a great break. The kids especially enjoyed the slides.

Perfect house!

This was our second time staying with Kristy’s vacation rentals and we will definitely be back in the future! The house was clean and stocked with essentials and the kids just loved the themed rooms! It’s also great having the pool in the backyard and we also went to the neighborhood pool where there are big water slides and a splash pad. We went to all the Disney parks during our stay and they were very easy to get to and close to the house! Highly recommend staying here!

Host was beyond wonderful and a great communicator! House is amazing. Exactly as described and as seen in photos or better. We shared the home with another family. We were there for a college soccer tournament at ESPN in Disney. Fantastic location. The weather was a little cooler so we absolutely enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool. We had a ton of space for our party of 8. The game room was a hit. We cooked a few meals while there and the kitchen had everything you could need. We even hade time to use the pickle ball court and volleyball court at the Windsor Hill community. Can’t say enough positive about our experience. Don’t hesitate to book this home. The beds were very comfortable. I give it 5 plus stars.

Relaxing and spacious

We enjoyed our stay at Fantasyland. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and we enjoyed having a full kitchen so we could cook meals if we wanted. Having the pool and game room for non park days was also a great way to unwind and relax!

Yearly family Disney Trip

This home is absolutely everything you could want. The minute we walk through the door we felt like we were at home. The home is beautiful and fully stocked with everything you could ever want. Fabulous stay at Fantasyland

We loved our stay at Fantasyland. It was perfect for our group of nine (four adults, five kids ranging from 4-12 yrs old) while visiting Disney World. Quick drive to get groceries & the parks. Awesome pool with plenty of seating to eat outside while watching kids swim & catch some of the NCAA tournament. Tron game room was a huge hit too. This property will be the top of our list for our next visit it Florida.

Excellent home

We stayed 1 week at the Fantasyland home, we had a wonderful time, home was beautiful and spacious, well maintained and kids were able to enjoy the pool and games room. Owner Kristy is quick to respond to messages and emails, and resolve minor issues within a short time so this was a major plus. The wider Windsor Hills facilities and security was also great. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and we highly recommend it!!

Fantastic two weeks in a wonderful home and great location.

We found Fantasyland to be exactly like it was advertised. From first booking until checkout communication with the host was spot on. Check in and security at Windsor Hills was easy and uncomplicated. Everything about the home was great, bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, pool area, no complaints at all. All in all, location and everything about our vacation was brilliant, all the family were amazed by it all. I'm sure 2646 Daulby Street will be in all our hearts for many years to come.

My family and I loved this house. It was very modern, clean and comfortable. The bedrooms were decorated very nicely and the beds were very comfortable. Wonderful stay

Our family had an unforgettable stay in Fantasyland, where we unwound in style. The residence exceeded our expectations, offering everything we needed in a spotless environment. Beautiful Home in a Safe and Convenient Location

My family all enjoyed our stay here so much. The house was very clean, with lots of amenities, not to mention very close to all the Disney parks. My kids and grandkids loved the game room! I loved the fact that I did not have any encounters with bugs in the house, which is a first for me in Florida! Kristy was great getting back to me promptly with any questions I had. Great Home, Great Location

Everything about our stay here was great! Very clean, lots of fun amenities included with the property (kids loved the game room/waterpark!), and a great location close to whatever we needed. Communication with the property owner began before we even checked in, and she was quick to reply as needed. For example, we reached out regarding a concern with the hottub, and the property owner had someone out there right away the next morning! Would not hesitate at all to stay here again.

Absolutely amazing!

We have stayed in several different properties around Orlando, and this was by far our favorite! The house was beautiful and perfect for our group of 2 families! The private pool was big and the community pool was so much fun! The kids also loved the game room! I highly recommend this incredible home and working with Kristy and her team! They were attentive to our questions and needs and responded almost immediately to all communications! Thank you for a great stay! We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent stay in Fantasyland

We just finished staying 10 nights in Fantasyland and the house was fantastic! The description of the home was as advertised. Very clean, everything you could need from cooking items, BBQ, garbage bags, laundry detergent and so on. Kids loved the rooms and the beds were very comfortable. Property management was available right away when we had a question and a quick turnaround to solve a minor issue. Pool was very clean upon arrival and a cleaning crew showed up half way through our stay to clean the pool again. Game room was excellent and used everyday. Fantasyland is our favorite place to stay!

Fantasyland exceeded our expectations in every way, clean and tidy, the decor was beautiful, beds comfy, lots of furniture for families, the arcade was incredible, the pool was warm, management responsive and so many amenities - new dishes, tons of utensils, small appliances, beach towels, close to clubhouse, great patio furniture, huge sofa, lots of TVs, etc. This will be our top pick for Windsor Hills and Kissimmee going forward and we will be recommending to anyone visiting the area.
