Pool heating (Vacation Homes 4U extra service): US$ 35 per day, 3-day minimum, with the water at about 90°F (32°C). If requested after arrival, there is a one-time US$ 25 charge, and the water takes up to 24 hours to heat
BBQ grill (Vacation Homes 4U extra service): US$ 85 per stay
Early check-in or late checkout (Vacation Homes 4U extra service): 70% of the nightly rate, with advance notice and subject to availability
