The property was just as it appeared. The host responded quickly to a question about the Wifi. Plenty of space for our entire group. The pool was excellent. We will be back again!

Reviewer Comments: Review:The house is very spacious and looks good in the pictures, but when you get there you will see a lot of scuff marks throughout the home on The white walls and the white furniture. The ice maker on the refrigerator didn’t work. we paid to get the pool heated and the pool was never heated. The sheets were dirty. Hair was found in the downstairs bathroom and in the tub upstairs. Overall, the house was decent and the dirty sheets and hair in the tub could have been over looked, but we found bed bugs in the master bedroom downstairs. Management was informed and they called Terminix and they deemed the house being positive for bed bugs. Management resolved the issue in a timely manner, and gave us a full refund, but our family of 17 were inconvenienced with no where to stay or no other option from management on where we could be housed. The experience in itself isn’t what we expected.

Christmas in Orlando

My family and I vacationed here for Christmas and my granddaughters 1st Birthday. The home was as described. We paid for pool heat, however it never really got heated. And the previous tenants left trash in the trash bin so the trash company wouldn’t pick it up because it wasn’t in bags. However once I contacted the manager they took care of it. Overall Great Stay!

Great vacation home!

The place was super clean, almost immediate responses from the property owner (Even in the middle of the night)! The house was perfect for our group of 18 including with room to spare, great location and a very fun community pool that the kids LOVED..and adults too!

The theater equipment was broken so was unable to use it, one of the bedrooms the cable box was missing. The trash can out front was full of trash that was just thrown in there with no bag. We found so many broken stuff that I can’t even list it all. Then when I leave they wanna charge me $150 for a stain that was in the mattress which is ridiculous cause I know that stain had to be there before, I explained to them that I wish I had known that I should’ve stripped all the beds to make no stains was on there. The end results is the property already knew everything that was wrong with that property prior to me renting it and just didn’t inform me. I WOULD NEVER RENT FROM CASIOLA PROPERTY AGAIN!!!!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as pictured. The perfect fit for our family of 20. If I must add a note of improvement it would be to replace the carpet on the stairs and we saw a few ants here and there. But overall WE LOVED EVERYTHING and will definitely be back!

Anytime I go to Orlando I usually rent a house this time my family wanted to rent a house so that we could enjoy my sister's birthday and to also honor my mom's last wishes before we scattered her ashes was to get together as a family to have a good time and scatter her ashes in the ocean well when we got there the couches were dirty and dingy we had to get cleaning supplies and clean the couches then we noticed that the dishes were still dirty but they were put up in the cabinet it looked like the bowls had cereal harden in and on the side of the bowl. We also had to call because the pool was dirty and when they came to work on the pool the pool guy pulled the filter and it was filthy then the last thing of all was the bed sheets on everyone's bed had what looked to be blood stains so of course we had to wash the sheets on everyone's bed yea HORRIBLE

Family Fun Time

The property was very nice, it was exactly like the pictures.. All rooms were nice, kitchen and bathrooms were great. My family really enjoyed there selves. One small problem, the pool never got hot. Management came to the home and the pool still didn’t work. Thanks Gwen

Reviewer Comments: Week started out good then we had a major ant problem in the bathroom and a few bedrooms with ants in the beds and coming out of the phone jack in the kitchen then you are in a gated community and think everything is good and you get up to leave to go somewhere and you can’t get out because there was a shooting the night before with 60 rounds fired and an ar15 found between houses and this happened less then 10 houses away and our grandkids was with us not happy at all and the ants was found in our grand sons bed

A home away from home! The place was very clean.Big Open kitchen with a nice island in the middle..My family we enjoyed our stay and yes, the Resort was great. Great fun for the kiddos. Good food and the BIG OL 22 oz margarita 🍹
